Not what we expected from a Hampton Inn.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean

Cons:

The top sheet and the fitted sheet were too small for the bed, which made for a very uncomfortable night. The remote for the TV didn't work, and we couldn't turn the TV on. The front desk lady had to bring us a new one.

I would not stay again unless it dramatically improves.
Cons:

When I stayed here three years ago it was a pretty nice place. It has dramatically gone down hill since. The cleaning was subpar. The breakfast subpar. It needs a major revamp and some personnel change probably from the top to start with. A lot of laziness going on there and it shows.

Very comfortable and clean room with a great free breakfast buffet!
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of options and everything was delicious in my opinion.

Cons:

Door had a large gap around the edge which let in a lot of bright light from the hallway. (Needs some sort of "weather stripping" around the perimeter to seal out some of the light and noise from outside the room.)

Pros:

Staff was great. Mark arraigned us to be on the same floor by each other. The lady who checked us in was great I want to say Laurie but I don't recall her name sorry

Pros:

It was really nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and the was a Walmart and dollar store right beside it and a couple nice places to eat that we walked to. There was also a gas station right behind it for quick drinks and snacks if you have kids. The kids loved the pool it was clean and warm. The room was clean and the beds were comfy.

Great place , great location.
Pros:

The pool was closed, but that was the only drawback. Staff was accommodating, we had our puggle with us they could not have been nicer to him, The lady working evening/overnight (Holly)was more than kind to assist when we had a small issue after the Christian concert we were there to promote. Awesome can't wait to book there again.

Pros:

Interior of hotel is outdated. The hallways are 100 degrees. There was a football team staying there who were unsupervised, running up and down the hall pounding on doors and a group of them were adjoining to our room. 1 of the kids was sleeping in the lobby. I had to call twice after 11:00 pm to have them shut it down. We should have been moved from the floor. It was na awful nights sleep. Also, a VERY beat up Sprinter van was nearly parked on top of me in an honors space. That's the reason I parked there in the 1st place. Shady location, beware.

Annoying teenagers
Pros:

Great location, you can walk to several great resturants, like Hog Heaven or Texas Roadhouse.

Cons:

While my family waa staying, there was a group of teenagers which running up ans down the hall talking very loud and slamming doors. This was going on until 2am. Even when their chaperone told them to go to their rooms they came out again and continued their bad behavior.

Terrible
Pros:

We booked for an overnight stay while in the area. We were only given two choices on the app- a room on the second floor or a room on the third floor. We chose the second floor room. While traveling on our way there, we were called by the hotel and told the second floor room had a fire alarm that would not stop, so our room would be the third floor room. Upon check-in, the lady working the desk (blonde hair and glasses) was very nice. We went to the room. Towels were dingy. You could hear a constant drip in the wall in the bathroom. The air was not working correctly (it was 76 degress) and the room would not cool. Thankfully, I had a small fan with me to try to cool the room a little. Trying to sleep was terrible as it was so hot. When we got up the next morning, it was 80 degrees in the room. When we checked out, there was a man at the front desk. I told him it was terribly hot in the room as the air conditioner wasn't working correctly and it was 80 degrees. His response- "Did you not know you had the sauna room?" Not an apology. No saying that they would have maintenance check on it. Nothing. TERRIBLE service except for the nice lady at the beginning.
