Bien ubicado. Buen desayuno. Las instalaciones un poco viejas, pero están bien.

Cons:

Para lo que uno paga, no tienen ni siquiera un botones que te ayude con las maletas. Dejamos las toallas en el piso para que las cambiaran y pusieron las mismas. En el desayuno te toca pelear por una mesa que no esté sucia, pues no son ágiles para limpiarlas. El personal es algo grosero.

Issue after issue.
Pros:

Truly a terrible experience. From the moment we checked in. Checked in got to room, the air condition did not work. Called front desk and it was correct in approximately 20-30 minutes, maintenance man was phenomenal. Next morning woke up went to use room key no longer worked. They keyed it to work for one day vice it being a two night stay. Went down from floor 16 to the lobby to get it rekeyed. Upon getting the key rekeyed they removed the club level access that was included in the room charge as well as a perk as a platinum member. Again had to go down to the lobby and request the key to be rekeyed. At no point was any type of apology issued. No acknowledgment of an inconvenience, both times the receptionist responded with “it should work now”. Truly a disappointing experience.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

An excellent 5-star large chain hotel located in the city centre, 10 minutes from the airport, and short Uber rides or walks to nearby restaurants. Service as expected was excellent. Has one of the best breakfasts in Guatemala City.
