The most business and leisure friendly hotel in Guatemala city. The staff is very customer service friendly and also business trip savy. They go above and beyond wirh service and making you feel like home. All amenities are available and the food is delicious. Try the pupsusas for breakfast and the stake at Blu.

Friendly and professional lounge bartender
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at the Executive Lounge, thanks to the old gentleman with glasses bartender. He was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit.

He made us a Margarita Mojito that was absolutely delicious—one of the best drinks we’ve had during our stay. His excellent service and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome and happy every time we visited the lounge.

Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be happy to come back again and look forward to seeing him on our next visit!

Me gustó todo, muy amables todos, cenamos en the market y muy rica la comida e igual el desayuno.

Cons:

Lo único es que me gustaría que tuviera menú de almohadas, a mi me gustan casi planas y las mías estaban un poquito altas.
