EL Porxo B&B

Very warm welcome on arrival. Our flight was very late but owner stayed open for us.

Lovely property and the host is very accommodating.

El Porxo is a beautifully furnished house with excellent beds, bed linen, towels, dressing gowns and slippers. Everywhere is super clean, including the large pool. Lovely well maintained gardens to relax in and a gorgeous dining terrace. The owner is delightful. We’ll definitely return if we come back to Girona.

En liten perle av et sted. Lite og intimt.
Stedet ligger i et av de bedre strøkene i Girona. Vi hadde 3 km til sentrum. Enkelt å ta buss.

Notre hôte Javier est très prévenant très attentionné. Très très belle adresse calme où rien ne manque . Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec des produits de qualité et en abondance . Un endroit dans lequel nous retournerons volontiers.

Beautiful property, well kept and maintained. The owner/operator is kind and knowledgeable. Girona is a unique city with a rich history.

Great B&B and a very nice host.

Really helpful and kind hosts. The location is about a 2 kilo walk to city center - but perfect for walking to and from football game. We enjoyed the hospitality of the hosts and their great recommendations.

Cannot fault this property. Warm hospitality from our host, made us feel very welcome. Beautiful garden and pool area, spotless room, super comfortable bed and the best shower ever! Would definitely recommend. Perfect for visiting Girona and nearby area. Must visit Peratallada. Will be back!

Vi boede på elporxo bb i 7 dage. Var 2 dage i Barcelona med fast train og 1 dag med bus til 2 mindre meget flotte byer. Resten brugte vi i geronia. Flot by med mange historiske bygninger, gode spisesteder, shopping, flot natur. Xavier vores vært var meget imødekommende og hjælpsom. Vi kunne ønske os egen kode til bygningen så vi selv KU komme og gå samt lidt mere fleksibilitet i forhold til morgenmads tider. Ellers alt i alt super godt.

Perfecte locatie om tot rust te komen! Maar de gezelligheid op te zoeken in het prachtige Girona en de omliggende stranden met restaurants. We vonden het geweldig!!

House was very nice, room was clean and well-maintained, host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast emphasized quality over quantity. They provided oat milk on request for vegans. Only problem (and reason for 4 stars over 5) was that walls were thin and lacked any sound proofing - bring ear plugs.

Stayed for 4 nights while traveling with another couple. Our host couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating. The house and property are beautiful. Breakfast outdoors on the patio was a great treat!
