Staff were great and the location was excellent
Pros:

Location. Clean. Unique . On site underground parking

Cons:

Rooms not well lighted. Bedside reading lamps were too low to actually read by. Makeup counter not well lighted.

Great hotel in great location.
Pros:

The hotel was great and the location was perfect. (Just off the Plaza). Also the hotel porch was ideal.

Nothing could have been better.

Pros:

Good location. Attractive.

Cons:

We were up many steps to get to our room up on the second floor. At first shower didn’t work, but I managed to fix it. The coffee maker did not work.

Pros:

Great hotel with pretty cool esthetics. If you are tired of modern “corporate” like hotels, this one is what you are looking for. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and nice! Would return again for sure!

Had a great time not enough hours on the day for available activities
Pros:

Great historic location a half block from the square. All within walking distance restaurants, wineries, shopping and entertainment. Secure covered parking garage on location elevator to lobby. Comfortable beds nice rooms clean and well decorated. Would stay here again.

Had no problems.

I can’t see enough about the location we could walk everywhere. It’s right there in the Santa Fe.

Located well, get there before 10 pm to have a fire in the fireplace.

The guest does not control the fireplace. There is a man who leaves at 10 pm and he lights it for you. The advertisement of a “ junior suite with fireplace “. Makes a big deal about a fireplace. It was a huge gaping hole with a broken screen; the first thing we saw Just a bummer.

I had an AWESOME Birthday Celebration!
Pros:

I celebrated my 59th St. Patrick's Day birthday in Santa Fe and the hotel went above and beyond to give me the best birthday experience. In addition to getting a local bottle of wine and balloons; I also got a beautiful fire built for me. I was in heaven.

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Love Santa Fe
Pros:

Great location. Junior Suite was roomy with wood burning fireplace.

Cons:

It’s an early vintage hotel and age creeps in. Lighting in the room was bad, no safe for valuables and heat/cooling was absent. Some of the advertised amenities (exercise facility, roof top pool) are at sister properties about a half mile away.

Overall, Good experience I would stay again!
Pros:

Location was the best
Room was great
I like our off shoot that was next to the elevator
However we had to give up sitting area outside
The front porch was great for a work day...
Staff was good

Cons:

The front porch has an outlet but its turned off and no one knows how to turn it on so my beautiful work day was interrupted. Very frustrating.
Cleaning services are not daily
The bathroom was dated
