Great location
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to the beach and to the restaurants/shops.
Good sized parking bays, with height for large 4WD.
Twin bedroom good size.

Cons:

Breakfast is the same each day.
Bathroom was small - functional, but very small.
No blankets in the room.

Pros:

Check in receptionist was lovely and great customer service

Cons:

It was middle of winter and no blankets were provided in our room. The bed was not made with a blanket and there were none in the cupboard.

Pros:

Great outdoor pool gym sauna and spa .Great breakfast even asked for sunny side eggs to be made for me .The pancakes were lovely as everything else .The bar and cafe had a good selection of food and drinks even Happy Hour ..The balcony was just big enough to sit and enjoy the views.The maids made our beds tidied up used cups and glasses which I really apprecciated .

Cons:

The bathtub could be more inviting I did not want to use it as a bath just a step in shower only.And there was no vent in bathroom .The vaccuming was not done under the beds we found a pair of thongs there from a previous guest and was very dusty under there .

Great holiday stay
Pros:

Buffet Breaky was 10/10 and views from our room were stunning!

Cons:

Only thing I could possible pick out was the decor and rooms were a little dated, but the pros deffinatly outwayed the cons.

Despite the shortcomings, we had a comfortable stay as a decent price.
Pros:

The location was excellent within walking distance to tram station and main strip. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchen and lounge area which was convenient although we didn't use it. It had a microwave and mini fridge with a stove as well. but so many places to go out and eat so we didn't need to use it. The pool area looked nice although it was winter so we didn't use it. There is parking but charged for daily.

Cons:

the rooms are tired. furniture is outdated and scuffed or chipped. Stains on the carpets were very noticable and the mattress wasn't too comfortable. Unfotunately neighbours were noisy and you could hear footsteps from above as well. No facility to use a computer which was disappointing.
