Was a very fun time away to escape woth a nice hotel in a good location

The check in experience was poor, but the stay and room was okay.
Pros:

Early drop off of bags and parking was great.

Cons:

At 5.30am on day of booking I received an email stating my credit card had been declined. My bank blocked the transaction as Westpac flagged it as a fraudulent charge. I unblocked the card and followed the steps to process the charge manually from my end. The charge was declined from Mantra end and did not process. I then rang the Mantra phone number, and I was told to leave a message, and I would get a call back. I received the call back later in the afternoon post check out lol!
I arrived at approx 11am to sort out the issue and it was a dilemma as the girl on the desk couldn't help, I was told to ring a 1800 number and sort it out myself. after 20 mins or so I finally got it sorted. Later that afternoon when I checked in I was asked for another payment and we finally got that sorted out. So, I series of comical errors!!

Cons:

I booked through booking.com and when I made the reservation it stated “payment on arrival” so I didn’t think much of it. Only to get to the hotel and my reservation was cancelled due to no payment made. Very confusing and I would recommend fixing this typo/error. Thankfully the hotel was still able to accommodate me.

Cons:

Father had a disability which we mentioned, they put him in a room close to the lift, but a bloody shower in a bath which he couldn't get in. Our room had not been cleaned properly the handles were filthy with built up dirt. The bed was so uncomfortable. We learnt our lesson and will never return

La piscine et sa salle de sport très bien.
Le petit déjeuner varié et bon
