It was relaxing.
Pros:

The buffett brealfast, the pool and gym are all great. The foyer looked lovely and the staff arr great especoally the house clesner.
In saying that i would stay again.

Cons:

The let down was the hallway and rooms have alot of wear and tear the bathroom was so old.

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but egg variety was poor. Good pool and spa
Pros:

Large room with two double beds, with lots of pillows, clean sheets and bathroom. Great views. Towel was changed every day even though we hung them up. View from our room (707) was nice, especially to watch the sun rise.

Cons:

Paid breakfast was okay, but we wanted an omelette or fried eggs, and they only had watery/soggy scrambled eggs. Being in Qld I thought they would have avocado, but they didn't. Having said that, they had cereals, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns, cheese, cold meats, sweets, and a variety of fruit. The coffee wasn't the greatest.
The toilet rolls are in an awkward spot, almost behind you.
There was no shower wash but when we asked for it, they brought some up to us. Reception is usually not attended but if you stand there long enough someone comes out. They have nice cold water at reception.
Curtain in room 707 gives a bit of light on the edge near the bed.

A frustrating stay due to inadequate facilities and poor customer service.
Pros:

Disappointing Stay – Poor Value for Money

Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Considering the room rates, the facilities provided were extremely limited and did not justify the price charged. Basic amenities were either lacking or poorly maintained, making the stay uncomfortable.

The overall management of the property appeared disorganised and unprofessional. Issues raised during the stay were not handled efficiently, and there seemed to be little concern for guest satisfaction.

What was most disappointing was the lack of support from the staff. They were not particularly helpful, approachable, or responsive when assistance was needed, which further affected the overall experience.

For the amount paid, I expected a much better standard of service, facilities, and hospitality. Sadly, the property did not meet even basic expectations, and I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made in management, customer service, and guest facilities.

The rooms were overpriced for the quality and facilities provided. Basic amenities were either missing or poorly maintained, which made the stay disappointing. The management lacked professionalism and seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns. Additionally, the staff were not helpful or accommodating when assistance was required, resulting in a frustrating overall experience. Considering the price charged, the level of service and facilities fell well below expectations, and I did not feel I received good value for money.
