Mucho ruido porque en todo el dia tenían personal de construcción con maquinas y la comida no muy agradable

Q solo tiene una alberca en el club de playa y q los snacks están a partir de la 1 tanto en el hotel como en el club de playa, sería bueno q tuvieran en ese lapso de tiempo fruta fresca

"Solo el club de playa" que tenia transporte
Que en temporada alta y casi lleno el hotel , la alberca la estuvieran arreglando y dándole mantenimiento; creo que debería haber horarios y fechas.
Que el buffet lo sirvan en el salón , no en un restaurante.
El personal de meseros donde sirven el buffet descortés y no atienden lo básico .
Me parece mucho el costo para lo que realmente ofrece el hotel ..

We enjoyed the location, easy walking to beaches, shops and the main town of La Crucecita or a brief and inexpensive taxi ride

The front hotel staff were always ready to help and answer your questions and always greeted you with a smile.
ALL of the male dining room servers were fabulous, always there with a smile to greet you, coming to the table with coffee or asking if there was anything else, they were great!
The bar staff were also very good and always ready to mix you your drink of choice.
The hotel was always very clean.
The female dining room servers left very much to be desired. If we sat in their section, it would be 10-15 minutes before they helped you and then it was mostly because you were finally able to catch their attention. There never was a smile or offer for more coffee, we always had to get their attention and then, maybe you would get coffee or help, or it would be after they would decide to clean other tables and help others. They were not at all pleasant. We would recommend NOT sitting where they are serving.
There was quite a bit of hotel renovating happening so it could get quite noisy at times.

Cleanliness. Good size of restaurants.
No wifi in the room. Had food poisoning one day. Not enough area with shadow for everyone on the beach or pool. Air conditioning wasn’t cooling enough

El baño no tiene extractor, es un hotel muy viejo y muy caro el precio y ni siquiera tiene un buen desayuno que va incluido en ese precio.
