Mixed review but not bad for a few nights
Pros:

The staff were really good and downstairs area with restaurants nice which has had a refurb

The location next to a giant lake and park was great for runners / walkers

Cons:

It’s very dated in the rooms, really needs an upgrade. Also the pool outside is a bit lifeless - add a bar and offer food there and it wou be buzzing!

Otherwise not great location. Quite dated hotel, especially the floor carpets really should have been removed a long time ago!

Great hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, rooms very clean and comfortable. Bar great relaxing atmosphere, happy hour between 5pm and 8pm. Excellent restaurant, breakfast buffet more than adequate for every taste. Night Time in the restaurant food delicious and reasonably priced for a hotel. Only thing which wasn't great was the location, you need a taxi to go into the old quarter but they are very cheap so not really an issue.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und vielfälitg für alle verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen angepasst.
Es gab sowohl WEstern Style Cosuin, sowie Asia Style und Vegetrisch, für jeden etwas dabei

Alles prima.

大変よかった。
Pros:

Pros:

Very friendly staff! they open the car doors the moment the car pulls up to the driveway. They always greet and ask if you need anything, especially the gentlement Hoi Nhe. My friend recommended this hotel and i would stay again if I come to Hanoi.

A Place I call "Home"
Pros:

I have stayed over 40 times at Du Parc, but from time to time I feel the urge to share my thoughts with other travellers and at the same time to praise the wonderful staff.
Quite often, Vietnam Airlines flights are very delayed, but the staff members are always there when I arrive with my group members. Special thanks to all the Restaurant Personnel and the Concierge, and in particular Mr. Viet, Mr Duc Hieu, Mr. Quoc, Mr Phuong and ALL the others, whose names I cannot spell!
Looking forward to many more visits at Du Parc!
