Qué la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado que fuimos y lo planteamos y nos dieron otro cuarto que estaba más malo que no limpiaron que no habían suficientes tuaya , la recepcionista tenía muy mala forma siempre estaba en su teléfono y nunca nos prestaba atención y contestaba de mala gana

Me and my family had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Everything was amazing the staff, the room, the breakfast, the pool. Spectacular!

Cons:

My only complaint is that the beds are too firm for my likeness. However that’s just a personal preference and didn’t affect my stay.

Eric was the best thing about our stay....he was great.
Pros:

the breakfast was awful, tasteless, very poor

Cons:

Everything could have been better....eggs cold, while there was a variety, there was no flavor...all tasted packaged

Cons:

The front desk later was overly stressed was huffing and buffing the whole entire time because the card machine was down manger came in to fix problem and also help me with my room

Pros:

The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and nice.

Cons:

The Continental breakfast bar didn't have a waffle maker and they always served pork sausage. I eat only turkey or beef sausage. The oatmeal was less than appealing and it would have been nice to have grits as an option.

The room is super clean bathroom is so so clean felt so relaxing

Cons:

Breakfast could have been a little better but I mean hey they did have sausage gravy but no biscuits just bagels didn’t understand the already packaged waffle with bo syrup pretty basic breakfast they tried
