Cons:

The front desk later was overly stressed was huffing and buffing the whole entire time because the card machine was down manger came in to fix problem and also help me with my room

Pros:

The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and nice.

Cons:

The Continental breakfast bar didn't have a waffle maker and they always served pork sausage. I eat only turkey or beef sausage. The oatmeal was less than appealing and it would have been nice to have grits as an option.

The room is super clean bathroom is so so clean felt so relaxing

Cons:

Breakfast could have been a little better but I mean hey they did have sausage gravy but no biscuits just bagels didn’t understand the already packaged waffle with bo syrup pretty basic breakfast they tried

The stay was nice, we had Christmas with our son there!

One ruined stay to celebrate a teens birthday, out over $400.
Pros:

The check-in clerk was courteous, the night clerk was not. My teens went to the on-site market to get some snacks, everything was on the counter and they asked to charge it to the room, as I told them to. She didn't get everything, missed 2 frappe and 2 caffeine drinks, then accused them of trying to steal them. They were all in plain open site! Then she said we couldn't continue our stay. I told her they were prepaid, and she said it didn't matter, we couldn't stay, because she missed 4 items in plain sight, trying to be charged to our room. I'm furious and out $440 for a ruined birthday celebration for our teenage son. This ruined my view of Marriott.

Cons:

3 rooms prepaid that couldn't be used. The night clerk who told me after she accused my son he used bad language, which I know he does at times, I don't need to be told that teenagers curse at times.

Pros:

Staff is very professional and welcoming. Cleanliness was 10/10 and we felt safe there. The only miss was the business center computer and printer was not working properly.

Thanks but no thanks!
Pros:

When we arrived they was no one at the front desk for almost 10 minutes. The person checked us in then told us the elevator was broken. Our room was on the 3rd floor. She offered to call us the next day when a room became available on the 1st floor, but didn't. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower door wouldn't stay close. We checked out a day early.
