Location of the hotel was Great. Refrigerator was big inside where you can put alot of stuff inside, shower pressure is great and the ac was awesome.

Cons:

The beds could be more comfortable but it was just ok,pillows needs to be better also the house keeping needs to be better . Reason why for house keeping one of the days I ask a guy for wash wags and towels approximately 4 hours later never received them then I had to go to front desk and eventually I got some. Then a different day I mentioned to a woman that work in house keeping towels and wash rags she took the dirty ones and never replaced them with clean ones.

We didn’t stay and I am waiting over 24 hours for a response on a refund

From the outside, it doesn’t look horrifying, but also doesn’t look great. The outside of the rooms area was dimly lit and the air conditioners were leaking onto the walkway. Upon entering the room, there was a disgusting smell, almost no lights that worked, stains of mold, mildew, and dirt covered every surface, including the walls. As I was turning around to walk out, I saw a roach on the wall. We immediately went back to the front desk and the woman wasn’t even surprised when I said there was no way I could stay here. I am disgusted that this property is on Booking.com with the photos provided. That is not the hotel. I arrived at last night. I am still waiting for a contact back from Booking.com.

I have stay there before and probably stay again, I know it’s not súper clean but is the perfect distance for me to rest

Cons:

I always ask for non smoking but the room smell like it was smoked in, also my husband saw a cigarettes butt and a live roach climb the wall behind night stand on the floor,

I did not like the fact that the pool was only open two days out of the 6 days that I was there we had cockroaches in our room we could never get clean towels the location was awful it's nothing but trash and it's not a kid friendly facility

Refund please! Time, gas and false advertising trauma!
Pros:

Nothing! Even the person at the front desk looked shifty!

Cons:

We did NOT stay the night; the rooms were filthy, reeked of cigarettes and weed, the toilet paper holders were broken, there were dead flies all over the room and the carpet was covered with stains.
