I really want to like this place. Exceptional staff. Very kind, professional. The price is right. And my dog is welcome. The location is absolutely perfect.
And I have to say, the towels and bedsheets are incredibly soft!
Wish the indoor or outdoor pools were open.
I had an extremely difficult time turning on the shower and then adjusting any hot water. And honestly, the shower could have been cleaner. I did not report this to anyone. I really wast to like this place
Decent place

Clean, comfortable, professional, kind staff.
It needed some basic maintenance in bathroom.
The bed was comfortable and firm
The pool wasn't open, the breakfast was blah and the hotel appearance reminded me of normal bates hotel..no life to it..bugs and blankets had stains...
Hotel is in need of remodel. Although most things I used were functional they have issue with cleanliness and much is well past expected lifespan
Could not eat anything on the breakfast bar. I have Alpha Gal Allergy so I can't eat anything from a mammal, or pork or any kind of dairy. The very polite girl at the front desk gave me a "deer in the headlights" look when I told her of my Alpha Gal.
Needed hot water to shave and shower in the morning, there was none available.
It was run down and filthy the first room they gave me smelled like a dead body, and the floor was soaking wet and they had to switch me rooms. The pools were out of order the halls the elevators were unkempt and dirty. The front doors. The front sliding door doors did not close at all so anyone could come in at any time there was no continental breakfast to speak of. I mean it was there, but it was disgusting two towels per room with two queen size bed so four person occupancy with two towels. It was just a very, very bad experience
It was filthy. The pool didn’t work. There were alcohol bottles all around the outside of the property. No one cleaned the outside perimeter of the property. There was no staff to speak of. There was no maid service. They didn’t come in and make my bed or anything like that.
The view outside
That the pool wasn't open
The location of the motel was near where I needed to go the next day. Walking in the room it smelled clean and looked clean.
The entire facility needs cleaned, inside and out. . Every corner and crevice has dirt and not just today's dirt either. It smells of cleaner or some type of chemical, but nothing's clean. Beer cans in the parking lot and grown up weeds.
In the breakfast area there was old pieces of cardboard covering the mouths of the trash cans instead of lids. And the floor was so sticky every step I took my shoes stuck.
Everything
No dislike
It was terrible, it was so dirty and have plywood covering the windows.
It smelled like urine and didn’t seem like a safe place to stay.
The entire hotel needs a makeover! The building smells stale. A person told us that everyone who checked in the day we did, checked in and left the same day.
They are painting the hallways
The economist and male pills that was found in bed. The bathroom door was a sliding door
The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. I also liked the esthetic of the room
The $100 deposit although I know why they do it and I dont blame them. It just tied up my funds for the weekend but its not a big deal.
The beds are so comfortable it's wonderful and clean and the staff is very very nice and helpful friendly. I recommend this stay....love it.
