It was a cool stay
Pros:

The area is convenient and I like the customer service kiosk

Cons:

I had to ask to get housekeeping to get trash and some towels. Not too much soundproofing though

Bad experience I ever had with a hotel. Don't stay there.
Pros:

Nothing. The hotel has a bad smell as soon as you walk in the lobby, someone was burning something to mask the smell. The room also has a bad smell and it's was nasty in appearance.

Cons:

Nothing. There was no one in the lobby to check me in person, it was virtual. I didn't feel safe as a 69 year old disabled veteran, I tried to cancel my stay but apparently I couldn't.

Disappointing, didn’t expect it to be run down.
Pros:

It served my purpose of having some time alone

Cons:

The place needs a good upgrade.
Its accommodations are old and dilapidated with paint on it. Just seems inadequate for a good time.

Between the refrigerator, not working hot tub not even hot or bubbling. It’s just the condition of the hotel has decreased every year. It’s just lack of maintenance and proper care
