We didn’t stay. We went to room and returned to lobby to cancel and leave property immediately.
Pros:

There was nothing to like. Chosen online for location and affordability at last minute.

Cons:

Lobby smelled of cigarettes in non-smoking hotel. Check in was bizarre. The man behind the counter when we walked in directed us to A kiosk with a man in it. Felt like the Wizard of Oz. Room cards are spit out like a vending machine. Then, the rooms. The smell was overwhelming. Like a dirty ashtray sprayed with Lysol. My son pulled back the bedspread and the sheets were dirty and had small flecks of something moving on them. We turned around and left. We were allowed to check back out for refund- thankfully. I left my glasses on the counter in room and had to go back after I deposited my keys back in Oz-box. The Man in the Box spit a key back out to let me go back to room and in the 5 minutes between checking out and coming back for glasses the bed was remade. Please do not think that new linens were put on bed. The one human in the hotel went back in pulled the covers we removed back up and it was ready for the next unknowing victim.

Not likely to stay again.
Pros:

The pool and hot tub are nice. But, they don’t keep the area very clean!

Cons:

Our room had a horrible smell! When we asked the housekeeping staff about it, they couldn’t explain it or do anything about it. The carpet was sticky and “crunchy.” NOT a good experience. Also, not having a live person for check-in is very impersonal! They have a kiosk with a person off-sight to check you in and answer questions. Very off putting.
