Very bad stained carpet in the hall.Dirty curtains. The sofa bed was The worst rips ..stains..and smells. Room had a fowl smell. We requested to be changed to a new room immensely. Second room slightly better..I.will.never ever stay at this hotel even if it was free..Oh plus kitchenette with no supplies..Front desk guy was nice

Cons:

The pull out couch was dirty so couldn’t use it. The water pressure sucked. The sheets were itchy, I just felt dirty the whole time I was there. There was no trashcan in the room.

Decent stay if budget challenged
Pros:

The owners are very kind and swiftly addresses all the issues that I had immediately which was appreciated. They are clearly trying to renovate and spruce up the area and there were signs of renovations and added decor. The family was kind that ran it. I never felt unsafe, and there is a lot of shopping within a 4 min drive with lots of food, an excellent restaurant Sakura across the street and a library within 8 min.

Cons:

I did not think that the cleaning staff had attention to detail at all. They got better as the stay went on, but that may have been a result of my issues. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. In some of the hallways they still need to update and clean. It was decent enough for an inexpensive stay.

Not as advertised, poorly maintained, will not be coming back.
Pros:

Unfortunately we didn't like much of the location. Found the images on the booking.com page were night and day difference from what we found on our stay.

Will provide more details below, but overall was very disappointed by the experience.

Cons:

We arrived, and, after examining one room, which had a disconnected bathroom faucet, were moved to a different room. This wasn't an improvement.

Multiple areas did not appear to be properly cleaned in some time. For examples, several questionable stains on sheets, couch cushions and other areas suggest that they're barely cleaned or outright ignored.

The room lacked multiple items for a suite location, bedding for the sofa bed, dishes and cutlery. After moving to the front desk the clerk provided bedding (not sealed in any plastic) and some paper plates and spoons.

The pool area did not look properly cleaned, and the hallways looked to have some small litter around.

The beds had questionable stains on the sheets and mattresses themselves. And were overall uncomfortable.

The staff, at first, tried to be helpful with some missing items.

Due to a personal emergency we left early the next morning, we asked for a refund for the remaining nights. We think paying for the first night is fair. However, the hotel charged for two nights, and despite numerous discussions which include poor phone volume, explained it as a promotion price and ignoring calls from Booking.com.

I have more photos than what is presented below which include, dirty couch cushions, dirty table side phone, dirty hand soap dispenser in bathroom, broken lampshade and literal phlegm like substance on the wall.

Overall I would not recommend this location to anyone and recommend the management overhaul the cleanliness and state of the property. Very disappointed will never be coming back.

A place to lay your head if you’re ok with smelling smoke inside your rooms from others and being woke up by loud tenant
Pros:

My children enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

The staff do not enforce the non smoking as “permanent tenants” smoked in stairwells and inside their rooms often smelling the f marijuana. Also my children were asked to be quiet at 9am when eating breakfast however other renters could be heard at all hours of the night being exceptionally loud for long stretches of time. The staff were very lax in trying to accommodate our large group, the hallways were very very cold with heat sources unplugged, and the hallways were exceptionally dirty even after supposedly cleaned. A real let down to say the least.

Pros:

Room very clean, staff
Is very nice and includes a hot breakfast. What a deal with many restaurants close by. Great value. Staying in room 223 for 4 nights to visit with family.
