Pros:

Even though renovations were going on, they never bothered us. The bathroom was really nice. Lots of storage and great shower.

Good price, good location for just a place to shower and sleep
Pros:

Location was great. The area felt safe. Room was clean and looked nice. They are renovating and clearly making an effort to make the place better. They have really nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion to use. Coffee was good too.
Very friendly and nice staff.

Cons:

The room smelled of mold/mildew. Even after running the A/C to air it out and leaving the door open for a while. We could not find any mold anywhere. The room was very clean! The smell is in all our clothes and our fabric luggage now that we are home. Everything smells. I have washed everything but the luggage will have to be professionally cleaned. That is really annoying. The mildew is probably in the air conditioner? We should have asked for another room but we are the type of people who hate to complain and honestly we were too rushed and busy with what we had to do while in the city. We were only there to sleep and shower. The room was nice but small and crowded. There was 2 end tables with lamps and a big unmovable low table thing for luggage and a big unneeded dresser that took up too much space and one single kitchen type chair. Seeing as the room is so small why not get rid of those things and put the lights on the walls instead of lamps and have a collapsible luggage rack instead and put a small table in there we could use. One of us had to have coffee and eat while sitting on the bed and that is uncomfortable. The room does not match the photos and description. It says "The spacious double room" The sink in the bathroom in the photos is long. In reality it was so small I could not wash my face without getting water everywhere and had to clean that up every time. The shower is huge but I would prefer extra space in the actual room than in the shower. They are renovating and making a great effort to make the place nicer so I don't want to leave a real bad review. Just telling it how it is.
