Clean but not updated

I traveled for work for several years. I generally stayed in the Hilton brand of motels. I can say that for an independent motel this motel would keep up with their standards. The motel was remarkably clean from the lobby to our room. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I spoke to other guest and discovered that they were repeat customers. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We got in to check in and there was extremely loud music in the office. Someone from the staff walked through a hallway and clearly saw us, but we had to use a phone on the desk to call and let them know we were trying to check in. The lady was pleasant and check in was easy, but we got in our room and almost threw up. The whole room stunk so bad like a musty wet dog. The shower curtain reeked of mildew and was dirty, the carpet was dirty and stunk really bad. We had no smoke alarm because it was removed from the wall. So we left almost immediately and stayed out the entire night. We got back and crashed only to wake up with horrible allergies and unable to breathe very well. Pretty sure this place is full of black mold. My friend went down to continental breakfast and came back really mad. When he went down there was still more than 30 minutes left and almost nothing available. He said he asked the lady from the staff and she was really rude to him and told him the breakfast was almost over anyway. He said he got very assertive with her, but was still only able to come back with two bagels, cream cheese and a glass of water. She refused to get him more milk or orange juice and told him he needed to go to the store to buy that. JUST RUDE. Due to the horrible conditions of the room, paying $100 for stench and allergies, and the rudeness of the staff to my friend, we will not stay here again.

Rude mgmt and lied about the pool situation and while checking in was more concerned in the booking than anything else. Paid for the room but left right away. Did not like this place at all.

The refrigerator in our room was not working (it was plugged in but not cold). The air conditioner worked well but was noisy.

We had a room on the backside (away from the street) and it was very quiet. Nice patio/deck area for picnics, where we ate our dinner.

Such a nice hotel for a great price!! Staff was friendly, beds were comfy. Fit our needs perfectly. We will be back!!

Location is excellent. Right in the middle of Eureka Springs. The property is very nice.

We only stayed one night. However, I enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay again.
