Pros:

Źimmer waren super.
Personal war sehr freundlich.
Ws war auch alles sauber.
Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Sauna, Wellness und Fitnessraum, der gesamte Spa Bereich ist viel zu klein und lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei 6 Personen war viel zu eng. Steht in keinem Verhältnis zu der Anzahl der Gäste.
Parkplatz wa auch zu voll.

War o.k.. Brauchen wir aber nicht unbedingt nochmal.
Pros:

Zimmer war o.k.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation angespannt. Bin gehbehindert.
Frühstück hatten wir schon weitaus besseres.
Schwimmbecken ist ein Witz.

Tolle Lage im Altstadtzentrum über der Lahn.
Modern und chick renoviertes Zimmer und Bad. Unterm Dach im Haus ruhiges Zimmer.
Gute, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof.
Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Mitbenutzung des SPA-Bereichs im Partnerhotel Lahnschleife (5 Gehminuten entfernt).

Cons:

Die Einfahrt zum Schlosshotel ist in der verwinkelten Altstadt nicht leicht zu finden, insbesondere, wenn man vom Markt her kommt. Vorher genau informieren ist sinnvoll.
Wer geräuschempfindlich ist und bei offenem Fenster schlafen will, sollte ein nicht zur Lahnstaustufe gelegenes Zimmer anfragen.
Die vor unserem Einzug erfolgte Zimmerreinigung war nicht hinreichend (Wattereste und Wollmäuse in den Zimmerecken).
Der SPA-Bereich ist klein und bedarf einer Modernisierung. Die bereitgestellten Bademäntel hatten ausgerissene Gürtelschlaufen - wäre sicher leicht in Ordnung zu bringen.

Entspanntes Übernachten mit Pool
Pros:

Nettes Schwimmbad und toller Fernsehraum für abendliches Zusammenkommen. Parkplatz kostenlos direkt vor dem Hotel und das mitten in der Altstadt

Cons:

Zimmer war trotz abgestellter Heizung im Winter immer noch für den Nachtschlaf zu warm.

Cons:

Die Bettmatratze war etwas arg weich / oder etwas durchgelegen. Das Einzelbett war für mich auch zu kurz (1.86m).
Beim Check in hatte ich nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Beim Check out auch nicht.
Beim Frühstück waren die Croissants super lecker, der Kaffee dafür irgendwie nicht. Hatte mich kurz gefragt, ob mit Instant-Kaffee gearbeitet wird.
Die Lage ist natürlich prima.

Lage zentral in der Altstadt

gehobene Kategorie Zimmer sehr hellhörig zu Nachbarzimmern zur Seite und nach oben
Hotel lädt vorher und auf dem Zimmer ein, im Hotel-Restaurant zu essen. Wenn man das dann nutzen möchte, heißt es nicht möglich. Sollte Lieferando bemühen. Pizza-Bringdienst wusste zu berichten, dass das häufig vorkommt.

Wir können mit den Umständen umgehen u hatten eine gute Zeit

Restaurant u Cafe nicht jeden Tag geöffnet; einen Tag (morgens u abends) kein warmes Wasser im Bad zur Verfügung; Buffet sollte innerhalb der Zeitfenster immer aktuallisiert werden
