Pros:

Staff were excellent! Christian helped me check in and throughout my stay here and was very kind. My stay was very comfortable and convenient. Room was clean and location was great. I had a nice view overlooking the city. Wifi was reliable if you needed to study or work. 20min walk to city center, close enough without feeling overwhelmed by the busyness of the main center. My favorite walk was crossing the bridge south of the hotel then walking west along the southern bank of the Arno to cross the Ponte Vecchio north to reach city center. Walking west along Borgo la Croce to Piazza de Repubblica or the Duomo was a great walk too, with many nice boutiques and eateries along the way. Being close to Coop and Upim was nice. I liked staying here so much I switched my hotel to stay here again for the last leg of my trip after returning from visiting neighboring cities.

Cons:

I forgot to request a mini fridge for this stay, but did during my second stay here on the same trip. Room was big but with only 3 tiny tables so I ended up having a lot of my stuff on the floor. 2 of the 3 face/body wash bottles provided in my bathroom were close to empty, which was a little inconvenient.

It's quiet, very clean, peaceful, and warm - the best hotel in Florence
Pros:

The best hotel in Florence. Daily housekeeping, a large room with a view of the city, a great location, everything is within walking distance. It's quiet, peaceful, and warm – we stayed in January. The breakfast staff was very nice. The reception staff was friendly. We stayed five nights and felt very comfortable at the hotel. The downsides include the somewhat weak internet and the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room.
