4 day break with friend
Pros:

We chose B&B Hotel Firenze due to its location and breakfast included which was excellent. Eleonora and Christine were so helpful and friendly, sorting out our airline return check-in form that we were struggling with as well as bus numbers. directions, eating places etc. More storage would have been useful but room was clean and OK. All in all a very good experience that we will repeat once the tramway is completed!

Ok pour un court séjour
Pros:

La proximité avec le centre de Florence, bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les photos ne sont pas du tout représentatives de la réalité. L’hôtel est vieillot et mal entretenu, les chambres sont petites et moyennement bien équipées (pas de frigo). La peinture est à refaire, les chambres sont réellement dûes pour rénovation. Autre que cela, l’hôtel est fonctionnel et propre, mais nous avons été déçus de l’état des lieux.

Great stay and excellent service. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Roberto who was really profesional, friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, close to everything and right in the city center, yet very quiet at night which made sleeping very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Ging für die 3 Übernachtungen, aber nie wieder.

Frühstück war gut, Lage mit ÖPNV erreichbar

Cons:

Booking com hatte bei der Buchung anscheinend nicht verstanden, daß Hans-Ulrich Tölch und Margot Tölch 2 Erwachsene sind und nicht nur ein Erwachsener. Das führte beim Einchecken zu Diskussionen, konnte zwar von der Rezeption geändert werden, war dann natürlich mit Mehrkosten behaftet. Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen und ist im Internet "schön" fotografiert. Wir würden es nicht mehr nutzen.

Hotel troppo caro per l'offerta
Pros:

Buona la posizione a pochi passi dal quartiere Santa Croce.
Siamo arrivati più un'ora prima rispetto al previsto e ci è stato fatto il check in anticipato.
Camera silenziosa.

Cons:

Struttura vecchiotta. In bagno non c'era spazio per appoggiare le cose.
Le pulizie alle 15 non erano ancora state fatte.
Il prezzo troppo alto rispetto all'offerta. La mia tariffa non includeva nemmeno la colazione.

Do atendimento e poder se deslocar majoritariamente a pé devido a localização

Cons:

Não possui toalha de rosto, nas fotos também indicam quartos com frigobar e o nosso não possuía, e o quarto, apesar de limpo, possuía vários sinais de desgaste.

Excellent stay with outstanding service!
Pros:

We had an excellent 2-night stay at B&B Hotel Firenze City Center. The location is very convenient-within walking distance to many of Florence’s main attractions, which made sightseeing easy and enjoyable.

What truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. We would especially like to commend Christian at reception. After we checked out and were already at the train terminal, one of our colleagues thought he had left his phone behind. We immediately sent an email and were surprised (and very grateful) to receive such a quick response from Christian, even though we expected to hear back the next day. He was incredibly helpful, efficient, and reassuring throughout.

Customer service like this is rare and very much appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
