Manutenção do quarto precisa ser melhorada: estado de conservação das portas, janela para o exterior tinha mau isolamento.

Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde gidilebiliyor. Yakınından otobüste geçiyor. Genel olarak temizdi. Yatak ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Minibar ve bol bol askılık da mecvuttu.

Cons:

Otel genel olarak gürültülüydü ve yan odadaki her sesi duyabiliyordunuz. Genel olarak temizdi fakat yerler pek temiz değildi. Yerde daha önceden kesilmiş tırnak buldum maalesef. Dikkat edilmesi gerekirdi.

Pros:

Great hotel - location is on the outskirts of the busy tourist areas, but was easy to get to by taxi from the airport and walkable to all the major attractions

Pros:

Big choice at the breakfast buffet. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The street next to the hotel is pretty busy and it’s noisy, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Pros:

A személyzet segítokész és kedves!
A reggeli isteni finom volt.
A hotel közel van a központhoz, így Firenze felfedezésekor nem kellett autóba ülnünk.

Cons:

Többször jeleztem, kérdeztem a hoteltől, hogy a 9 személyes kisbuszunk számára tudnak -e parkolóhelyet biztosítani. Mindkét alkalommal azt írták, szerződésben állnak egy közeli parkolóházzal, ahol saját költségre ugyan, de ott lehet hagyni az autót.
Ennek ellenére mikor egy hosszú út után végre megérkeztünk, a recepciósoknak fogalmuk sem volt ilyenről, nem tudtak segíteni a pakolásban. Így sofőrünk a tömött, belvárosi utcákban majdnem egy órán át keresett pakolóhelyet, minden egyes alkalommal, amikor autót használtunk.
Ez nagyon kellemetlen volt!
Jó lenne frissíteni a sablonleveleket, mert ez félre vezető!

Pros:

1. Местоположение. Да, до центра минут 20 пешком, но нет такого огромного количества людей около отеля, шума и пр.
2. Завтрак. Но на 1-2 дня, потом надоедает.
3. Кровать с удобным матрасом.
4. Почти новая сантехника. Горячая вода даже ночью, в других отелях в центре могли отключать на ночь.

Cons:

1. В номере (был угловой) очень сильно поддувало из окон. Но нам повезло с погодой, потеплело и уже не так сильно чувствовалось.
2. Неудобные подушки.
3. В номере совсем нет шкафа, только стойка для вешалок
4. Кондиционер сильно трещал при обогреве.
