Pros:

The location was good, it took about a 15 minute walk to get to the centre and there are bus stops nearby. The hotel facilities were good, the room was comfortable and clean and the heating worked well to get the room to my desired temperature

Cons:

I had issues with access to my room where the code only worked after about five or six attempts of reception resetting the code, which was quite frustrating. I also wish there was a kettle in the room, there is only one communal kettle downstairs near the reception

A solid choice in Flporence
Pros:

Overall this is a solid choice for a hotel in Florence. It is not right in City Centre, which is nice, but only a 20 minute walk from main attractions. It is a basic hotel - clean, beds, TV streamed (although only one channel CNN in English), and Wifi. The rooms and bathroom are small so if spending a lot of time in your room you may want somewhere else. The breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed 4 nights (two at the beginning of our trip and two at the end) and the second room seemed slightly better but both very adequate.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful! The hotel is very clean, and management is helpful. However, the water in the shower went from hot to cold, then back to hot to cold. It never stayed the same temperature.

Pros:

Близко от центра, 15 минут ходьбы и ты около достопримечательностей. Хороший завтрак за 9 € на человека.

Cons:

Тут написано отель 3 ⭐️, в google 4 ⭐️, не понятно, в номере все стены зарисованы похоже от чемоданов, ремонт делался видно давно, может поэтому звезду сняли одну :)
В номере ни воды, ни чай, вообще ничего
Просили нормальную двуспальную кровать, получили 2 маленьких кровати сдвинутые в одну. Не понятно, за что я переплатила деньги. Ночью они раздвигались и спать было невозможно.
