Загалом якість відповідає ціні, проте всн ж слід звернути увагу на двері у номерах.
Pros:

Персонал був дуже привітним. Коли у мене виникли проблеми в номері, дівчина на ресепшені допомогла вирішити проблему та згодом переселила у інший номер. Сніданки різноманітні, є з чого вибрати та багато столиків, тож місця вистачає на всіх. Сам готель знаходиться в стороні від центра міста і йти до визначних памʼяток трохи довго, проте ввечері на вулиці тихо і нічого не заважає спати. Вид з балкону неймовірний. Номери чисті, прибирають кожного дня.

Cons:

Двері до балкону погано зачинялися та відчинялися. Одного разу я витратила близько 30 хвилин щоб їх закрити, проте як я вже написала в перевагах, персонал допоміг і мене переселили в інший номер де двері булі цілком справні. Також у першу мою ніч тут, був дощ і підлога під дверима з балкону була мокра, бо вода потрапляла крізь щілини дверей. Вхідні двері теж потребують ремонту, рама вже зношена, і кожного разу коли я зачиняла двері, мені здавалося, що вони випадуть.
Смарт ТВ не працював належним чином, через застарілі інструкції неможливо підключити телефон до телевізору.

Pros:

B&B Hotel Firenze City Center molto accogliente personale molto gentile e disponibile camere pulite. Dalla stazione ferroviaria SMN ci si arriva con il bus 14 fermata a 10 mt dall'hotel, e con le fermate dei bus C2/C3 a 100 MT, quindi molto comodi per raggiungerli e andare in 5 minuti al centro, ma con una breve camminata attraversando delle piazze spettacolari con 15 minuti a piedi ci si trova sotto il Duomo ugualmente. Quindi perfetto.

Tutto perfetto.

Wir waren nur für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp hier. Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer klein aber ausreichend, die Lage ist super. Für den Preis war das absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer, in einem hat die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert.

I messaged the property a few times before arriving because we had 2 separate bookings for 2 consecutive nights & I didn’t want to change rooms. They replied to say that would be fine. When we checked in I asked again & was told it would all be fine, the find out they wanted to put a roll away bed into our twin room that had no room for 2 guest let alone 3. Was just disappointing after being told we wouldn’t have to move.

The guy in the reception (at night) is very bad attitude, dont think you can get any help instead at the end he will just argue with you.
The unbelivable experienced, they took or steal my kids towel which were hanged on the hanger,
Breakfast is not good, but you have ni cboice as nothing is nearby
Air condition is not working and have to chnage room
Very unpleasant stay during family trip in summer

Great service, good location, weak AC.
Pros:

Writting in my sister's name.
The location was great, it was good that there was an ice machine. The AC was weak , so the staff gave us standing fans. It was good service and was very appreciated.

Cons:

The was a suige smell coming out of the drain. The heat comming from the windows was difficult to handle by the AC.
