Zeer prettig verblijf alsof ik thuis was in Florence
Pros:

Fijne ligging dicht bij het centrum, vriendelijk personeel, 24-uurs receptie, lekkere bedden, goed ontbijt

Cons:

Zoals in alle italiaanse steden hoor je het verkeer goed maar met ramen dicht en oordopjes slapen is een goede oplossing.

Acceptable, but not exceptional
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The AC could only heat and not cool. They were also working on the lift one day, so we had to walk down all the way from the 5th floor using the stairs

Reasonably priced hotel walking distance to the centre of Florence
Pros:

The location was okay, although a bit far from the centre of Florence. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Cons:

There is no kettle in the room so you cannot make any tea or coffee, which is a standard feature of any hotel I have ever stayed in. You have to go down to the lobby to get tea or coffee and you have to pay. The breakfast was okay, nothing special.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Not shabby at all.30 minutes walk to attractions and train station.

Cons:

The only think is they didn't provide any fans in the room or air con. It felt quite hot in the night but we couldn't open the window because of the traffic noise. Also, the wall between rooms must be quite thin as we could hear people next door snoring really loudly 😄 Otherwise, all perfect👍

L'état de la chambre :
- papier peint à moitié déchiré
- présence d'un câble d'alarme dans la douche
- trou dans un mur
