Agréable et reposant
Pros:

Le personnel qui est chaleureux et accueillant. La décoration de l’hôtel et des chambres. L’emplacement la gare qui est au pied de l’hôtel et le métro 14 qui est à 5 minutes à pied

Pros:

Hôtel très calme (chambre coté rue Dulong), chambre propre et fonctionnelle, literie très confortable, climatisation performante et totalement silencieuse.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Personnel très gentil (réception, petit déjeuner et ménage)
Quartier très agréable.

Das Hotel hat den typischen Charme eines französischen Hotels. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die viel befahrene Straße direkt davor. Man hört aber dank Klimaanlage kaum etwas davon.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen, Reinigung hat nicht geklappt.
Pros:

Die Laage ist für Paris unschlagbar. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof, gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Ausstattung im Bad sind mehr als in die Jahre gekommen.

Authentic, but not worth staying.
Pros:

The location is great, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

Cons:

The furniture in the room is extremely old, and it’s very very small room. Even though they informed us that they upgrade us, I can’t imagine what the room size would be if they hadn’t. The room is not very clean either. On top of that, the elevator stopped working the day we left, but they kindly sent someone to help us carry our luggage from the third floor I can’t imagine if they didn’t.

Comfortable stay at a great location with staff which went beyond and above to make you feel welcome.
Pros:

Location, very friendly and helpful staff, aircondition was a very welcomed suprise, ambiance was great. Comfortable stay.

Cons:

Minor suggestions: bath plug didn’t work. Hand cream? instead of hair conditioner in shower which left hair in poor result. Milk and tea (+ water boiler) would be lovely to add to coffee machine).

Great Paris location with close transportation
Pros:

What a surprise. Great location by metro and rail. Not a far walk from lots of great restaurants. Room was really fun as it had windows on three sides.

Cons:

Elevator was on the fritz and would go to 2nd floor
