The price on our return leg was twice as our initial stay, hence we stayed at other aparthotels in the neighborhood on the royal mile

Location was great
Looking tired and worn. Stair carpet was worn through on each stair, our room floor was uneven and the door stuck, the power kept tripping out. Our bedroom window wouldn’t close or open it was jammed. Breakfast was some packets of cereals,, jams and a loaf of bread. Yoghurts, OJ and milk in the fridge. This hotel has no kitchen.
Appartement plutôt bien placé à 15 minutes du centre historique. Nous étions trois et chacun avait sa chambre. Deux Wc et deux douches communes dans l'aaprtement permettent de gagner du temps le matin.
La propreté laissait à désirer - La structure aurait besoin de rénovations, il y a des petits défault qui pourraient être gérés facilement pas un service de conciergerie (portes, douches, etc...) - Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas très bon, avec quelques euros en plus, il y a des meilleurs possibilités.

部屋には,フルキッチン,乾燥機付き洗濯機など居住設備が整っているので,自炊・洗濯しながら滞在したい人にお勧め.リクエストすれば通常のホテル同様ルームメイクも入ってもらえる.エアコン(冷房)もある.
ホテルからすぐのところに Tesco expressがあり最低限の食材等何でもそろう.高級な食材が欲しければ15分ほど歩いて駅の反対側,プリンセスストリート沿いのM&S Food Hallに行くのが確実.その他,エディンバラ自体がコンパクトな街なので,大体のところには徒歩で行ける.パブやレストラン,お土産屋も旧市街に多数あり.
エディンバラは駅が谷底で坂の多い街だが,実はこのホテルはルートを選べば,駅(Market St.側から出る)から,石畳や急坂を避けて徒歩で行ける(スーツケースを引いていても)(Market St.を出たらそのまま東に,BrewDog を通り過ぎたら目の前の広場に入って南へ,最初の通りを左折,その後地図を見ながら細い脇道に入ってホテルに行けば良い.最後の細道のみ,20mほど石畳あり).
総じて,アパートメントタイプを捜しているが,念のためにホテル形態でレセプションもあってほしい,という人にとてもお勧め.
個人的に不満はまったくなかった.
場所が住宅街の中なので,窓から絶景が見えるというホテルではない.私が泊まった部屋は幅5mくらいの通りを挟んで向かいがオフィスビルだったが,向かいまで十分空いているので空も見えてまったく不満はなかった.
Clean and comfortable. Basic kitchen but sufficient for cooking. Overall very quiet and comfortable in a location convenient for the old town and Waverly station.
The location, staff and breakfast was excellent.
The bathroom, there is no floor drain, so water splashing from the shower pools on the floor.
