No cash payments are accepted. The same credit or debit card used to book must be physically present on check in to be pre-authorized for full reservation costs plus an additional £50.00 per apartment as a guarantee against any damages or additional charges. Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 20 per day. Car parking reservations are mandatory.

Perfect
Pros:

De locatie was echt top. Vlakbij het eind van Royal Mile, de hoofdstraat van de oude stad. Je loopt zo naar Arthur's seat (aanrader!) En, je staat zo midden in de oude stad.
De hotelkamer heeft alle voorzieningen.

Niets.

Pros:

The room and kitchen are well equipped. Beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The noise of the appliance in the kitchen (fridge), and the noise of the neighbours. You can hear everything they do and say. It’s really like they are standing in the corridor next to your door.

We would always return as had not had to negatively comment before.
Pros:

Accessibility for small motor scooter. Comfortable Beds. Good location and quiet

Cons:

There was fluff under the main bed, also fuse went when switching on the toaster and the kettle was on at the same time. The entrance to the the two room unit did not contain a door handle or lock. However Room 204 did have and the lock keys were fine

excelente lugar
Pros:

la comodidad de la habitación y el excelente y muy variado desayuno.

Cons:

el acceso al parking, ya que el google map no es claro como realizar el acceso, como tampoco el plano que se nos entregó. Aunque luego de dar una vuelta pudimos encontarlo.

Bis auf die beschriebenen Unannehmlichkeiten ein schönes ,modernes Haus in ruhiger,zentraler Lage

Top Lage ,unmittelbar in der Nähe der Royal Mile und Holyrood Park

Cons:

Ich kann nur empfehlen ohne Frühstück zu buchen,denn das Haus stellt ein paar Konvenience Lebensmittel (u.a.Fertigmüsli,Toastbrot und Instantkaffe) im Zimmer bereit,die man sich dann dort selber zubereiten kann.
Für den Preis kann man aushäusig überall um die Ecke ein super Frühstück bekommen.
Ausserdem waren in unserem Zimmer die Betten zu kurz (bei Körpergrösse 170 cm )

Smart property, good location, brightly decorated with good and easy to use appliances

Location is excellent - on but set back from the Royal Mile

Cons:

The only slightly negative thing was that the doors from the corridor and accessing the rooms shut very noisily - a quieter close would be great so that residents don’t get disturbed by those in the next door room should they come in later
