Very friendly and warmth welcome, I’d come back every time for work
High quality for a modest hotel in Paris. I did miss a lounge for those who wanted a space other than the small, but adequate rooms.
Sometimes, going to a bar or restaurant was not always wanted.
You could offer wine or just water. I hope you seriously consider this idea. Carol Porter, American traveler.
I came here for my birthday celebration! It was in a perfect location, walkable and great eateries/cafes in the neighborhood. Coming from America, the bathroom and shower were tight! But none the less it was a decent size for two people. Enjoyed my stay and would 100% recommend the area (11th Ard) to stay in Paris.
The location is good, the hotel clean, and staff very nice. However there was a noticeable sewer smell in the lobby as well as upstairs. Also, the linens and towels have seen better days
Within 10 minutes walk from four different metro stations and numerous decent restaurants and bakeries. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Elevator is tiny and barely good for two people. Will be back on our next trip!
I stayed at this hotel for a personal trip. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is very well located, being close to several metro stations. Plus, the location is very near the Saint Martin Canal, which is beautiful. I highly recommend it!
very clen, kind staff, gave us water for our room, bright and walkable to lots in the area. Really enjoyed the stay
This is a very lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I would certainly stay there again!🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very helpful staff on 24/7. Good breakfast buffet and left luggage facility. Modern, stylish room.
Great hotel, perfect for 2 people or a couple and they kept the room clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful!
I loved the area, felt safe at night, staff very friendly, bed was comfortable and a liked the street view from the room.
Great hotel in a really good location, close to the Metro and not too far out of the centre of Paris. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little on the small side, but it was clean and air-conditioned. The room had a UK plug socket along with all the regular European sockets, which was a nice touch for UK visitors.
I'd recommend taking your own hairdryer, as the one included in the room is a wall-mounted hose type one in the bathroom.
Good value for money for a short stay in a good location
Lovely small hotel. Newly refurbished.
The staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the metro. The room and bathroom were spacious.
Before my trip, I specifically requested the quietest room available—twice—and booked three weeks in advance, so I expected this to be respected. Unfortunately, I was placed in room 20 on the ground floor, right next to the lobby and facing the street. I could hear every conversation in the lobby as if people were in my room, and the street noise was constant. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told it would be difficult and stressful due to multiple moves. I declined but had to rely on earplugs to sleep. If you are noise-sensitive, avoid ground floor rooms—they are not quiet.
I was not aware I had booked an accessible room on the ground floor, and the hotel did not inform me despite knowing I wanted a quiet stay. This felt like poor service.
Regarding breakfast, the staff kindly offered a vegan option, which turned out to be just oats with soymilk—the only vegan choice on the buffet. I was charged 13 euros per day for this, which I found excessive for a bowl of oats. Toward the end of my stay, they ran out of soymilk, and I had to eat oats with water. While they waived the charge for the last day, the full price still seemed unfair. In 2025, a hotel should offer more varied and reasonable vegan options rather than a single overpriced bowl of oats. Or least lower the price. If I knew I had to pay full price for the breakfast, I wouldn’t have accepted it.
In summary, while the staff and location were positives, the noise and limited, expensive vegan breakfast made my stay less enjoyable than expected.
Everything at hotel was wonderful! Great service, customer service and location.
Very nice hotel.b The hotel has been recently renovated. Very clean rooms.
There is a small breakfast buffet. Perfect.
People are very friendly and helpful people ( they speak also english )
Small restaurants, pubs, coffee shops are in the nice neighbourhood.
Very nice and perfect stay. Brahim has been a very kind host and all employees I interacted with, were very also kind and facilitating. It was my second time I came to your hotel, and I felt very welcome and 'at home', so thank you so much, and congratulations for the excellent work.
Nice hotel with a good location. Decent size room for Paris and relatively new. Lots of nice boulangeries nearby. Close to parmentier and oberkampf metro stops. Many options to nearby. Look forward to staying at in the future.
Excelente hotel
A small lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Many restaurants, short walk to 3 subway lines. Helpful & friendly staff. Very clean small room. Might not be for 1st time Paris travelers that want to be close to touristy areas. Loved the area. The breakfast buffet was very reasonable & had nice selection. Less expensive then heading out for something.
