No pool, no gym, crowed and poor service

It was clean and they stored out bags after checkout.

Cons:

I booked this property because it had a pool and a gym. Bookings very first photo is of their outdoor pool. But, once checked in, we found out the pool is closed and only open in August, it was July and in the 80s, it makes no sense. Then we went to the gym only to find out it’s for premium floor guests only unless you pay more fees. So, frustrating! None of this mentioned on the bookings site. I expressed my disappointment to the staff and they said to contact Bookings. Also, checking and checkout are self-service machines, like being at the supermarket. I would not recommend this hotel!

A comfortable hotel for solo travellers
Pros:

The room location I got had an excellent view of the city skyline. Getting breakfast service was also very nice as you get to enjoy a hearty Japanese-style breakfast. There are also good services, such as their laundry, which can be self-serve or done by the housekeeping staff. The hotel is also very close to both the JR and Tokyo Metro stations which is a fantastic thing to have especially since Japan is a walking place and you will get very tired after a long day. This hotel is a great choice for solo travelling in Japan.

Cons:

There isn't much I can say about the negatives, but do keep in mind that it's located right outside Tokyo Dome, and it can get very busy/crowded when events are hosted there. But otherwise, nothing more to say in terms of negatives.

Not as Bad as Previous Reviews Depict
Pros:

We visited in "off season," not cherry blossom or spring, so my impressions are skewed by that aspect.
That being said, is there a wait for check in/check out? Yes, but typical.
A wait for elevators? Yes, but not annoyingly so.
A wait for breakfast buffet? Not a wait, but it is crowded in the food service area.
The views are stunning. The walls are thick (no neighbor noise). The hotel is in good repair and modernized.
Be prepared to use your translation app. The staff's command of English is very limited. The only employee with strong English seated us at breakfast (not waitstaff). She was married to an American. I don't understand why she didn't occupy a more customer-focused role where English is a requirement.
The hotel is well-located and near many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The subway line is right across the street.
Final observation: what you reserve online might not match your reservation when you arrive. Japanese translated internet sites are highly inaccurate. Example: we reserved a triple online, but found our reservation was only for one person. The hotel accommodated us by adding a bed, but it was an unanticipated delay and extra cost.
Enter with low expectations, patience, and prepare to be flexible.
I would definitely stay here again!

Mooi en verzorgd hotel en goede locatie fijn om ondergronds te parkeren!
Rustige kamer en alles voorzien!
Zeer vriendelijk personeel ook de parkwachters zeer behulpzaam!

Cons:

Vooral dat het personeel niet goed engels spreekt en vooral ook zeer slecht verstaat dit zou toch moeten voor z'n hotelbusiness!
En dan de stopcontact veel te weinig en de usb en uC werkten niet naar behoren!
Dit is een topprioriteit dat toch zou mogen we sliepen op een 3 persoon kamer en we zijn bij 7eleven deze omschakelen gaan kopen en dan werkt het nog niet naar behoren want op sommige werkte deze niet of mischien niet krachtig genoeg we hebben dit als een groot minpunt ervaren voor vb 3gsm opladen 3 powerbanks dan dit moet beter kunnen!

Our favorite hotel in Tokyo
Pros:

The room was the largest from a bunch of hotels we booked in Japan. Really spacious and bathroom was spacious too. Amenities provided in the room were great, breakfast buffet had a huge selection and we were able to get ice on the same floor so easily.
Very very clean and check in was very organised.

Also to add! We told the hotel that it was our honeymoon and they gave us complimentary upgrade which made the start of the holiday very special!

Cons:

We were a little bit confused before check in on what the process was but it didn't matter once check in opened. There wasn't alot of seating in the lobby for people waiting for check in to open.

Pros:

I love the reception it is a vibe of a 5 star hotel. I love the service. And location was great.

Cons:

The worst is laundry area, for just 5 washing machine with a big building cannot accomodate those who would like to wash their clothes. The washing machine doesnt dry the cloths.
