Pros:

Prachtig hotel, geweldige service. Heerlijk ontbijt bij de 3 verschillende restauranten( premium en daarboven, anders heb je alleen toegang tot 1) en we hadden een ongelovelijke uitzicht vanaf de 37ste verdieping!

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Some staff were helpful. The location was ok.

Cons:

Most staff were rude. The level of hospitality service was poor. No English was spoken so had to use translate. I asked for a cheese sandwich as a vegetarian and was ignored. No alternative food options. Breakfast least had an egg. I had booked it because of the open air pool and discovered it was closed despite the weather being excellent

Excellent view and super spacious! The location is great too super close to train station. The reception staff was very helpful too!

I can't wait to return!
Pros:

The hotel is clean & smells great, the rooms are large and accessible to the train stn. Locally, there are many shops ans restaurants that suits all needs. I would definitely stay at the Tokyo Dome Hotel again!

Just not a customer service centred hotel, all about making money from the least they can do
Pros:

Very close to metro and other shops . No traditional Japanese restaurants etc, more western for tourists

Cons:

Swimming pool closed. Staff miserable. At breakfast again miserable and supposed to finish 9.30 but start clearing at 9 am. Asked for croissants at 9.10 am and got glared at . Very poor service. No water for customers downstairs , have to buy or go to the room. Very poor.
