We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was quite spacious and nice to have an actual lounge to sit in with friends.

Also 2 toilets so that was a bonus.

The room had some age and could probably do with a refresh, otherwise suffice.

In the middle of everything so a great location and would definitely recommend if you want to be near everything as well as access to the sky train to get around if you need to go further!

Service need to be upgraded. Morning Buffet is so bad. Bath Room facilities need to be upgraded.

Great location for shopping.

There are so many things I love about Arnoma. this my third or fourth time staying with Arnoma and the quality has always been amazing.
The staff are always kind and friendly, and housekeeping is always so accommodative with extra requests, especially since this was my first time travelling without my parents and was quite clueless on many things but they were very patient with me and explained the options I had.
I had written on the coaster for extra pillows and blanket for my friend but I forgot to put the quantity and when we returned to the room, they gave all 3 of us 2 extra pillows and a fleece blanket each!
They are also very attentive. When they realise there were 3 of us in the room, they gave us extra water and toiletries.
Even my picky friends were impressed!

Great location with very good room size. Easy accessibility to other major malls.
The staffs are friendly and helpful during our stay and its a breeze to check in and out.

Improvements needed for the furnitures and facilities which are slightly old. The lighting could be better if using white lights instead of the yellow ones that makes the whole place feeling more worn out.

The power plugs access is poorly located and hard to reach location. Not very user friendly for current generation.

The toilet is great with a big bathtub, but the plumbing have to improve especially the water mixer and the water heater which is always hard to control the hot water.

Arnoma is in a great location and is opposite to Centralworld Mall. Lots of shopping! The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were friendly and most helpful. It is our first time there and we really enjoyed our stay. We were sad when we had to leave.

We stay here 2nd time.really very convenient for shopping 🛍.but at room aircon water leaking and plug got spark a bit scary.breakfast is limited choice food tastes good friendly staff good service.

Always my first choice when I travel to Bangkok. Polite and great hospitality from concierge to reception when I arrive at the hotel. Hotel is located at strategic location where shopping and food is easily reached. As shown in the photo uploaded, the room is clean and big enough for my family. Room rate is reasonable and affordable.

Check-in experience was good but the room condition together with furniture (seems very old) were really horrible - location is one of the best in Bangkok - overall staying experience was bad

Location is good. The hotel was dirty smelt musky and mouldy staff were a bit rude. Bed was hard as a rock.

Room very old condition, especially the toilet ,very hard to control the water temperatures with 2 taps, need to upgrades, had stay in this hotel for few times, very disappointing with the room condition

The hotel is very old and in the bad conditions. It dirty and smells.

I arrived at the hotel, walking from the airport train (a ten-minute walk away if you walk briskly), to find the grand lobby calm and peaceful, but very heavily scented with some room fragrance. Was the purpose of that to conceal something? Strange. But the friendly receptionist spoke good English and checked me in quickly. I got my room right away at 1.30 pm.

My room on the 17th floor felt like travelling back in time to 1988 when the hotel first opened its doors. They might have painted a little here and there, and changed the flooring, but other than that, everything was still in its original condition, accompanied by a musty, damp odour. Nothing was broken and the room felt clean but definitely outdated. It was also rather small for the four stars that the hotel claims – three would be closer to the truth in 2025.

The bed was a bit on the hard side but I slept well nevertheless. Needless to say, there were no sockets by the bed – who needed those in 1988? They had added two multi-sockets (US/UK/Europe) to the desk, but those had already become so loose that my laptop charger kept falling out of the socket. The room came with a desk, chair, armchair, luggage rack, fridge, safe, two 0.5 L water bottles replenished daily and A/C that did not cool down the room more than to 24 degrees. Wifi was easy to use, fast and reliable. I see many reviewers complaining about the wifi, but I had no problems with it.

The bathroom was equally outdated, but came with a bathtub that filled quickly. The wall-mounted shower had excellent water pressure. No handheld shower available. Amenities included shampoo, shower gel and body lotion in single-use bottles, which I find a lot more hygienic than the wall-mounted containers some hotels choose to put on their walls to save money. Slippers were also provided.

A buffet breakfast was served in the lobby restaurant from 6 to 10:30, the cost was 400 THB, but I did not try it. The restaurant also served lunch.

The swimming pool (7 am to 7 pm) on the 4th floor was small, cold and uninviting. Do not choose this hotel if you want to enjoy a swim.

The location is great for shopping (Centralworld and Gaysorn Centre next to the hotel) and for public transport (skytrain, water buses and the airport train all close by).

I paid 76 EUR/night for what I consider a three-star hotel. Would I stay again? Probably not. There are better options close by that offer the same level of comfort for less money.

We love to stay here. Had been staying many times. Will stay here again
