Beautiful view, relaxing stay!
Pros:

Outstanding views. Great onsen. Kind and helpful staff. Even though we had a car, we used the hotel shuttle service to get to town. Very convenient! Fantastic breakfast!!! Comfortable room. Superb massage and facial services. Massage therapist is highly skilled. Would definitely return!

A place to relax and rejuvenate.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent. We had a wonderful view from our room. They provided towels at the onsen which made it quite convenient.

Cons:

There were some guests who didn't know how to use the onsen (getting in the tub without washing, not taking off shoes) There was no explanation in other languages on how to use the onsen.

Pros:

Cet hôtel et son emplacement étaient au-delà de nos attentes. La vue de notre chambre était splendide. Le petit déjeuner était bien garni de produits variés. Les bains publics tres bien organisés. Excellent service de navette.

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé que l'hôtel propose une offre de restauration style bistro qui coûte moins cher et qui comprend des plats plus simples. Aussi, un service de bar dans le magnifique lobby serait une bonne idée. Ça nous aurait permis de manger tous les soirs à l'hôtel plutôt que d'aller chaque fois en ville pour des plats plus légers et surtout moins chers.

Bardzo zadbany i czysty hotel, przemiła obsługa. Fantastyczne śniadanie, naprawdę duży wybór ciekawych produktów. Na plus zdecydowanie onsen w obiekcie (osoby z tatuażami muszą je zakryć), pralki, vending machine, mikrofala i maszyna do lodu.

Hotel mit toller Aussicht
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit super Aussicht. Wir haben Ryokan Meal gebucht ( für 3 Abende) war jedes Mal sehr gut. Netter Pool. Die Münzwaschmaschinen waren mit Abstand die günstigsten unserer Reise.

Cons:

Wir waren Ende August da, bei hochsommerlichem Wetter und es war schon Nachsaisonbetrieb. Die Poolbar schließt schon am Nachmittag, der Pool um 17:30.
