Could have been better
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Very hard to get into the door. The hotel definitely needs updating. You could never find staff. It took us forever to figure out the tv. Even the staff gave up on it

Condition of property. But mainly, the fact that we were checked in and given keys to a room that had not been cleaned. It was in total disarray, with beds unmade, used towels on floor, and trash cans overflowing. VERY off-putting. By the time we got into a room, we were exhausted.

I wish I’d had a reason to stay longer. Very comfy.
Pros:

Clean. Room was well laid out and comfortable. It had a lot of lighting options from bright for working to low for coziness. Property was well maintained.

Needs a refresh desperately, but friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were open to feedback and very empathetic. If it were not for the staff, my review would not be as good.

Cons:

It’s really dated- the dryers weren’t working so I couldn’t do laundry and they are the old machine where you need cash to operate them. Every day o had issues with my keys and had to go downstairs to get them fixed. I was there for 4 days and the towels were never changed, nor was my room refreshed- Apparently they were understaffed, which is why. Finally, the breakfast was not good- there was a sign, saying “Gluten Free available upon request”, but no one was ever at the desk or in the breakfast room.

Again, my dealings with the staff were pleasant and they should be commended- the property is letting them and guests down.
