Great hotel, great location, room was comfortable and kept clean.
Pros:

Great hotel in Long Island in a convenient location. Room was nice and comfortable. The gentleman at front desk was very pleasant, professional and friendly.

Clean rooms but breakfast leaves much to be desired!

Rooms were clean

Cons:

After prepaying for room, they had me submit a 100 dollar deposit on top of that. Never had to do that before. Also, breakfast was a joke. Granola bars, coffee and juice. Why bother?

If I could go back and choose not to stay there I wouldn’t not have.

I was able to sleep.

Cons:

The hotel stated it had morning breakfast. It did not. There was juice offered, but it tasted fermented. The coffee also available tasted burnt. The complimentary shampoo we had was obviously used and the bottle itself was dirty, I just squeezed it empty and threw it away so no one else had to get it.

Needs improvement.
Pros:

There is no breakfast in the hotel just a coffee and juice machine . Hotel authorities should know the interpretation of word …(BREAKFAST) . They fervently mentioned in the booking that Breakfast is included in the price but when I went for the breakfast in the morning I was surprised and shocked to see the coffee machine as a buffet breakfast. After 4 days of checkout I’m still waiting for my deposit amount refund . Mirror of room no 421 is dirty , where i stayed , spots all over the mirror.

Cons:

Plz do not mention breakfast is included in the booking , write precisely only chocolate bar and coffee is available in the booking .
