Pros:

Location and price. Even though the price has gone up.

Cons:

That is the most uncomfortable bed ever. I tossed and turned all night. And woke up sore.

Pros:

The property is clean and well maintained .. the rooms always always clean when I stay the staff is friendly and it’s convenient to grocery stores and Malibu beach is about 25 minutes away

Wish we could stay longer!
Pros:

Everything about this Inn is a 10/10. From when we got there and were greeted by the staff, to having an amazing spacious room with a view of the pool. We have never stayed anywhere this nice. They even shampooed our carpet upon arrival. I will recommend this Inn to anyone and everyone!!

Boden war bei Betreten und den gasamten Aufenthalt nass und mit seltsamen Reinigungsmitteln gereinigt worden, habe einen Juckreiz und ganz rote Haut an den Füßen bekommen. Bei der Meldung hatte man nicht reagiert, eher wollte man es nicht hören!
Ich hatte über booking.com ein Zimmer mit 27m² gebucht, bekommen jatte ich eins mit 15m², auf Anfrage hatte man dieses auch ignoriert!

Pros:

Check in was long. They said rooms would be ready at a certain time, then they weren’t. A lot of empty rooms, but started us in a room that was old and heard all the freeway noise. Second night much better

Literally a hidden gem
Pros:

I love the quiet quaint location. The price is a great price for the value. This is my second time staying here and I will always go back for sure. They are about 30 min from the beach I love to go to

It would be nice if the beds were more comfortable but I understand to keep the price point so then you have to see what is more important for your liking.
