Very disappointing
Pros:

There was 2 front desk clerks who were very nice. Ebonee I think was one name and the other young lady worked the same shift as her. I'm not sure about the names

Cons:

The housekeepers hardly wanted to do the service in my room. I had to search for them to ask for service in our room. Then the pool was not open and it is mid June. The general manager thought it was sufficient to put some points on my account to make up for the fact I couldn't take my grandson swimming when he came to visit me. I just had stomach surgery so clean sheets would have been nice so I didn't end up with an infection

The only problem I had was when I initially walked into the lobby, there was a strong unpleasant smell. Almost as if they were trying to cover another smell.

We enjoyed our stay - the facility was clean and the staff were nice.
Pros:

We stayed here because it is near the attractions we wanted to check out. The Irish Pub right next door was a nice treat - it must be a favorite of locals because it was packed on a mid-week night. The facility was clean. Parking is a bit of an issue.
