Pros:

Staff was friendly, great location, loved how large the room was.

Cons:

The room kind of smelled like old cigarette smoke and you can tell it had not been vacuumed very well.

Pros:

Our first room had ants in the bedroom and bathroom but they immediately changed us to an upgraded room as nd discounted our rate, also this hotel is right next door to a really good Irish Pub.

I liked the Suites for its cleanliness, ambiance, security, coffee, snacks and comfort.
Pros:

I wasn't aware of any breakfast. Location worked well for me. Most of the staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. I liked the self-help coffee maker and the coffee, which was very delicious.

Cons:

The phone and heat in my room did not work. It wasn't until the 2nd day that someone came to fix the heat. The phone never did work. I asked for another blanket, but I was still cold. One of the staff members was not friendly at all. I didn't like the fact that if you didn't have a key card you couldn't get into the hotel. I understand this for security reasons. However, there was a sign that said to press the intercom button for help, so that someone could help/open the door. There wasn't any button and as far as I could tell, there wasn't an intercom. If someone was not at the desk, I had to stand there and wait until someone did see me. I had to motion for a resident to come open the door or wait until someone was going in or out.

I would 100% recommend anybody to stay here and let them know that they would have an amazing visit
Pros:

I loved everything about our trip here. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. The room was clean and well stocked we felt comfortable and relaxed. They charged us for our pet deposit and when I asked him if we could have the same room upon our return, they put it immediately into the system and gave us the exact same layout of room for our return visit. They were wonderful to our kids and they were super sweet to our little puppy.
