Baymont by Wyndham Pierre

Breakfast was horrible at 8:30. No coffee, apple juice or eggs. Staff made no attempt at refilling.

Asked before I booked if there was parking for pickup and car trailer 50ft total length! You had one spot and it was taken so parked off site! Office chair should have been junked,(torn badly), stuffed chair had a seat that didn't,t match chair, air conditioner was mounted so high we couldn't,t reach controls, pillows were so flat they were worthless to use!! Alarm clock was broke, TV control was missing battery cover and batteries kept falling out!

The room I got a reservation for have obviously not been cleaned. I was given a new room and I found dead insects on the floor.

air conditioner did not work in first room but when manager was notified we were immediately moved to different room.
Ice machine did not work , soda machine did not work so had to walk to gas station for soda .

The shower was not functioning properly. The handle fell off and the water pressure was better out of the sink than the shower.
I also felt like the property was run down. There was not a functioning ice machine. I was scared to go to my car by myself after dark.

Ice machine not working, should put out of order sign on it! No wash cloths!

Absolutely everything else was substandard. I have never haf a worse Wyndham experience.
No soap, no shampoo, microwave did not heat water to lukewarm. Carpet was dirty.

A room wasn't ready at check in. They were out of hand soap bars, the housekeeper found 1 for us. The rooms are getting pretty run down and needing a lot of work. The registration guy had made room key holders from copies and put them together. The breakfast area wasn't clean, garbage was full and leaking coffee from discarded cups onto the floor. The coffee pot (only 1 there) was covered with coffee drips and the coffee was luke warm. I looked the breakfast over and decided we would go elsewhere to eat.

The A/C was out in the lobby, the place didn’t have an elevator, the room that we were given was dirty and had wet towels laying around the bed was not even changed

1. Requested ground floor room (2 75+ seniors, plus 1 ambulatory, handicapped male plus 1 small, 15 lb dog). This was requested THE NIGHT BEFORE - “nothing available”…
2. NO ICE MACHINE - NO ICE AVAILABLE !!!!!
3. No milk available for morning cereal !! Breakfast was sketchy…Apple juice dispenser provided only water, etc.

No milk at breakfast ran out before ours and told none till that afternoon

Upstairs room and lift is currently out of order for renovations. We were in a ‘newly-renovated’ room. The aircon was loud to start with but around 2.30am it cranked up the noise massively and sounded like a building site. I switched it to off but after half an hour it was still running even in the off position. At 3am I unplugged it from the wall. Around the same time the fridge also started making a loud noise and also had to be unplugged from the wall. The curtains don’t physically close so we were left with a glaring Safeway sign beaming into the room all night. We had to leave early for a 10 hour drive to SLC on very little sleep. Also there’s no hairdryer and the paintwork on the new renovation was shocking. Appalling experience, do not stay here. Staff shrugged their shoulders when I said how bad it was.

Not very welcoming. The lobby was stifling at breakfast…. No warm and friendly feelings from staff..
