Great customer service
Pros:

Unfortunately, left some of my belongings in the room. Staff contacted me and arranged to have those items shipped to my next location. They went out of their way by doing this. Stay was excellent, followed by this “over the top” service is commendable. Definitely, recommend the Blue Ash location for your next stay while in the Cincinnati area.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

It was clean. The staff was friendly. It was wonderful being so close to Summit Park for the fireworks 🎆

Pros:

My wife and I stayed for one night. The room was fine except no coffee maker. Also the tub/shower was painted and peeling off. The tub had a u shaped bottom making it hard to stand. For over a $100.00 per night I would expect better!

Our stay at this hotel was very restful.
Pros:

We liked the comfortable bed with nice linens. We also liked that the air conditioner worked great, as did the wifi. The bathroom was clean, and the shower worked well. This hotel was not far from the interstate with easy access

Everything was great!

The week visit was blah.
Pros:

Outside was well kept. Inside out dated. Room was outdated, paint had oily stains on the walls. Fixtures were dusty and bath tub had mold and paint chipping throughout.

Cons:

Price. I guess you get what you pay for.

Would stay again, nice and quiet
Pros:

Breakfast had a lot of variety although the eggs were not fresh. Quiet AC unit. Good size room. Convenient location. Nice hot shower.

Cons:

When we pulled out the couch for the spare bed, there was a dirty sock and a pill under there.. yuck!
Wall area near trashcan, covered in splashes of food/drink on the wall.

Great Location Near Summit Park
Pros:

Great location across the street from Summit Park. Mad Tree brewing is walking distance. Kids activities at the park are amazing. Love the waffles at breakfast but not the powdered eggs.

Great location, great staff
Pros:

Diane and Dylan were very attentive to our needs. They made sure that the breakfast was fully stocked during our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the area. Definitely recommend if youre in the area.

Pros:

Kathy at the front desk was so awesome and friendly. The room was clean, but the bathroom shower did have mold in it. Definitely need more outlets by the bed.
