Ok facility but no to Roku tv

Cons:

Switched from cable to Roku, our Roku had a prior guest’s Netflix still signed on. Huge security risk. We will not use our accounts on hotel Roku. So only used free app reruns instead of main network TV, local news/weather or cable stations. Huge downgrade.

For the price we paid - over $200 when several other hotels were much less, I did expect better. We pick Holiday Inn because there was a level of comfort you expect.
The room was old, the bed seemed old and creeky, cleanliness was missed and the faucet was dirty and there was a bit of something on the floor.

Again, for over $200, we expected something a bit nicer.

Cons:

Guy checking us in was not very pleasant. Never said anything about the breakfast either.
