A wonderful stay in a beautiful and peaceful centrally located hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location in Midtown, a couple of minutes to the buses on Madison, next to Grand Central Terminal, in the best shopping area along Madison and Fifth, and an easy walk to the theater district. The Alchemy Suite is beautiful and totally quiet, a haven of peace in busy Manhattan. The personnel is very friendly, courteous, and eager to help.

Cons:

The only regret is that there was no gluten free bread provided at breakfast in the Benjamin, the restaurant that serves the hotel. You need to bring your own.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was also in a great location, within walking distance of many popular attractions, which made it easy to get around and explore the city.

Cons:

There wasn't much to dislike. The only thing that would have made the stay even better would have been having breakfast included with the room.

Es un hotel muy caro para tener el colchón en malas condiciones. No pude dormir bien. Estaba muy usado.

Дуже зручне місцерозташування .Зручне ліжко ,гарний дизайн готелю і номеру,є якісний відпарювач і фен .Привітний подарунок смаколиків і напоїв в барі.

Cons:

Ми забронювали номер на 33 кв.м а нас поселили на 19.Ми переплатили за Делюкс,а дали нам Стандарт!
Скільки я не просила поміняти ,давали такий самий з видом на стіну офісу.
Ми спеціально шукали більший номер і тому обрали цей готель ,а не готель з розкішним видом .
Тут дуже пошкодували .
