Very disappointing overpriced room. Would never stay there again
Pros:

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Good breakfast and very nice waiters.

Cons:

I had booked a deluxe room with “ seating area and city view”. The “ seating area” was just a desk chair and the “city view” was an interior room which looked directly into a conference room about 30 feet away. Was told that the desk chair was what the seating area consisted of. After complaining, I was moved to another room of the same size which is relatively small, but with a second chair. It faced 41st street, the view was of a tall office building about 150 feet away. Fairly dark and unable to see sky or anything other than the office building.

Bel hotel mais déception sur l'absence de vue et les chambres totalement aveugles.

Même si on ne voit que l'immeuble d'en face c'est plus agréable que d'avoir le sentiment d'être dans une cave éclairée.
Le personne prétend que c'est pour respecter la 'privacy' mais il y a des rideaux pour cela...
Nous avons demandé une chambre en étage plus élevé pour avoir de la lumière du jour, le personnel (pas très agréable) a prétendu qu'il n'y en avait aucune !
Hallucinant pour des chambres à plus de 500 dollars la nuit !!!

Great place to stay in central New York
Pros:

Location fantastic - round the corner from Grand central Station so easy to access Times Square and theatre district, the subway and a do-able walk to Central Park.
Room quiet. All amenities needed available in the room. Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff helpful, great location, rooms perfect for what i needed, would stay again

location great close enough to the busy areas but far enough to not hear the noise

Cons:

Breakfast is not great, very few options and if want to swop and change anything they charge you. Also the breakfast area dark in comparison to rest of hotel which is bright

It was a beautiful hotel. The room was beautiful.

Cons:

I’m not sure if this is a Booking.com issue or a hotel issue; but we booked a Deluxe King room “with city views” well because of the location of the hotel, there are no city views. The hotel staff was very sweet and offered to move us to a front facing room but still had no city views. So, just be aware when booking that you will not have city views. Save yourself the money on the deluxe king suite, it’s no different than the other King rooms. The 1st photo is the room description on Booking.com, the 2nd photo is the view from our room, the 3rd photo is the front facing view.

Very good hotel !
Pros:

Prime location, great staff, and excellent rooms for New York City standards.

Cons:

One small detail worth noting: the primary photo on Booking.com shows a lovely rooftop terrace, but it is actually exclusive to specific rooms rather than a shared amenity. It didn’t impact our stay, but having clearer expectations would have been nice.

Excellent!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, 1 block away from the NYC Public Library and Bryant Park, also 2 blocks away from the Grand Central station but still in a quiet street with little to no traffic.

The staff is great, made the stay a whole lot better because they were extremely polite and accomodating even when making modifications to the breakfast menu options.

The quality of the beds, bedding and pillows is excellent as well as the quality of the bathroom products.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like and this is being nitpicky in excess is that the room needed more overhead lighting instead of individual lamps or at least a way to turn on all the room lighting at once.
