Good place to stay!
Pros:

We were in the area to attend an event at URI and needed a hotel room for one night. We were pleasantly surprised at the Best Western. To be sure this is a moderately priced hotel. The hotel rooms have seen plenty of use but our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area was quite nice and had a great selection especially when compared with other similarly priced hotels. The salt water pool and hot tub were big hits with our family members and had been recently renovated. The staff were outstanding! Stephen was very accommodating especially with some last minute plans of a few family members. The gal who prepared the breakfast area was friendly and helpful. The other staff members we interacted were all kind and helpful. All in all, we are glad we found this place!

Pros:

Came mainly for the pool and hot tub for our son- didn’t disappoint there. Staff friendly, breakfast fresh and good (we especially enjoyed the coffee machine and pancake machine.) Room was fine. Bathroom and shower showed some age. Overall decent stay for the price.

La habitación excelente no sé que falta para ser 4 estrellas pero se lo merecen

Quizás debería de tener mejor iluminación y el personal con lindos uniformes eso elevaría mucho el lugar

It was a very nice place to lay your head. The beds and the room were very clean. The breakfast was basic but perfect for our needs.

Cons:

There were some stairs to navigate but this was minor.

Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was awesome. Good food . Pool and hot tub was very relaxing. Close enough to all big Rhode Island cities without the high cost. Great value for the money.

Front desk guy was nice, pool, gym, and some convenience of snacks options to buy when hungry as there is not much store
Pros:

Hot tub and pool was fun for my kids, lobby was clean and modern.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, a lot of small hairs around bathtub. Smells unsanitary!
