Arrived at 11pm to find room I cleaned and no other room available. Had to leave and stay at another hotel.

nice, but pool hrs so disappointed grandchildren, and cost of rooms extremely high

Located close to Richmond Fair Ground so I did not have to drive home at night on unfamiliar roads,.
Pros:

The lady that makes the breakfast was there and does a really good job. You would be hard pressed not to find something that you like. I enjoyed scrambled eggs and sausage with a melon fruit cup. And the breakfast was until 10 .

Cons:

TO BE HONEST , IT WAS ABOVE EXPECTATION

I was comfortable enough that I would stay there again.
Pros:

It was set up very well with good choices. Located off the main lobby and easily accessed.

Cons:

A little miscommunication with housekeeping that was quickly remedied at the desk.

Pretty cool place! Awesome staff!!!
Pros:

Front desk was super helpful & friendly. They actually called to see if we were coming as we were walking in the door. The breakfast went fast but was replenished quickly & pretty good. Loved the pancake maker. Housekeeping saw me walking down the hall with my hands full and she opened the door for me. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had updated lights & clock with working usb ports for phone charging. Half the places I have been to recently had none of them work. I was happy at this place got it right.

Cons:

Side door was unlocked. I didn’t like the fact that anyone could walk in. Usually you need a key card to enter. Bummed we got there later than expected and didn’t have time to use the pool.

Location and staff were great. Clean comfortable rooms!

Cons:

Not a complaint but an observation…seems there were some long term guests occupying a couple of rooms in the wing we were in. It was a little unprofessional having to navigate through trash and dirty linen in the hallways every morning. Didn’t affect our stay but not a good look for the property.

A great location and staff helped make up for some facility deficiencies.
Pros:

The location is excellent, no more than a 30 minute drive to pretty much everywhere you may want to visit in RI.
A truly great staff! Every member of staff we met were friendly and helpful. They seemed engaged in their jobs and eager to be of service.

Cons:

It is a bit run down and the walls are quite thin and the ventilation system seems to be connected from room to room. One of our neighbors (a long-term resident) smoked a large amount of marijuana daily and the smell came through our bathroom vent. Keeping the bathroom door closed helped but it still made the room smell unpleasant. They also had their tv on from 7 am to 12:30 am daily and we could hear what the people on the tv were saying.
We chose the hotel because it had an indoor pool and the pool is unheard due to a mechanical issue. Not the hotel’s fault, but kind of a bummer.
