Comfy and convenient to Keleti station and Metro
Pros:

Close to Keleti station and Metro connections all over Budapest. Roomy and comfortable with a 7th floor view of local churches and Pest. All that we needed for a 3 night stay!

Cons:

The are around the hotel isn’t great, with many shuttered businesses, and it took a walk of several blocks to find interesting food options and a supermarket.

Delusione!!
Pros:

La struttura é grande, ma datata, le camere sono abbastanza moderne e pulite. La posizione nonostante il nome non é realmente centrale ma vi sono molti mezzi.Colazione buona ma sempre uguale.

Cons:

Sono rimasta profondamente delusa, arrivati in camera in piena notte, vi era un caldo soffocante. Siamo scesi a comprare qualche bibita che poi non abbiamo potuto mettere nel frigorifero perché non funzionante.
Ma il vero problema é che non si puoʻ regolare la temperatura della camera...estate a/c e inverno riscaldamento..abbiamo provato ad aprire la finestra ma non c'era nemmeno una rete, dava su uno spazio interno un po' angusto e abbiamo avuto paura che di notte entrasse qualcosa, risultato: notte completamente insonne! La mattina abbiamo cercato una soluzione, volevamo andarcene e avere restituzione delle 2 notti non godute, risposta: "sabato e domenica non vi é nessun responsabile che possa dare l'ok al refund" ed è stato aggiunto che potevamo andarelcene ma non era sicuro il rimborso delle notti non godute.Abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati di un altro hotel della stessa catena che non avesse la stessa problematica...dopo piú di mezz'ora ci è stato detto che erano al completo (non essendo alta stagione, mi sembra davvero strano).
Alla fine ci hanno fatto upgrade di camera, dove almeno il frigorifero funzionava ma vi era stesso problema di temperatura, abbiamo tenuto finestre aperte, tornando a casa con un raffreddore per lo sbalzo da camere caldissime e aria esterna fredda.
Il personale devo essere sincera é stato comunque gentile ma poco efficace, e per un 4 stelle non é di certo il servizio che mi aspettavo!

Несмотря на некоторые замечания, думаю, что отель буду бронировать и при последующих поездках.
Pros:

Отель расположен очень удобно: рядом в пешей доступности ж.д.вокзал, совсем рядом станция метро и автобусные/троллейбусные остановки во все концы города. Отель расположен в 15-20 минутах ходьбы от центра города. Рядом в 10-15 минутах ходьбы большой торговый центр Арена и маркет ТЕСКО. Сам отель тихий. При поселении не было проблем с ранним заселением. Спасибо менеджеру Имре, который при оформлении нашего заселения проконсультировал нас по всем интересующим вопросам и по отелю, и по транспорту в городе, дал карту города и туристические брошюры. Хороший разнообразный завтрак. Ресторан на ремонте, но в баре можно пообедать и поужинать, кухня неплохая и есть чем покормить ребенка. Номер полулюкс был хороший, с видом во дворик внутренний, поэтому не было слышно шума городских улиц. Но персоналу необходимо еще поработать над уборкой номера (за все 6 ночей не вытиралось косметическое зеркало с обратной стороны, вследствие чего когда смотрел в большое зеркало, на которое было прикреплено косметическое двухстороннее зеркало, тебе в глаза сразу бросались пыль с обратной стороны косметического зеркала и пятна от рук) и устранить проблемы с канализационными запахами (периодически в туалете/ванной комнате появлялись запахи канализационных газов). Очень удобно, что в отеле есть камера хранения, т.е. при выселении из номера нет проблем с багажом до отправки поезда.
