No loyal to customers.
Pros:

Clean rooms.

Cons:

No early check in before 2pm. I even tried to pay extra even more the 25 at 2pm. They would not let me in. I was mad 160 a night seemed high. I have stayed the last 2 months 6 times and spent thousands and they wouldn’t help me out. I won’t be returning

Average. Best western is usually better.
Pros:

Clean and friendly. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Jacuzzi didn’t work. Pool was cold . Poop in pool area. Rooms were nice but they didn’t even bring us new towels unless we asked. Didn’t take our trash. We extended our stay and it never once got cleaned. Breakfast was good but coffee was watery.

Very pleasant friendly and helpfull staff
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Loved the sausage and eggs. Biscuits and gravy were a treat.

Cons:

Need more handicap rooms. Aging population. Put higher toilets in. Roll in showers as well.
