Excelente!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, and when I arrived, the air conditioning was already cooling the room, which was excellent. It was particularly nice to walk into a cool, air-conditioned environment after being out in the heat. The hotel is very close to the station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I will definitely return without hesitation.

Best location and very clean place. Perfect for a stay in Milan
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable bed. The location is so convenient, and the team always ready to help.

Cons:

If I really have to be picky, the bidet was clogged but it is an easy fix.

A localização e o quarto agradável

Cons:

O ar condicionado funcionava muito mal. Estava muito quente no quarto 26.2ºC e após 3 insistências com os serviços para resolverem a situação apenas melhorou um pouco. Aluguei um quarto duplo e só tinha toalhas para uma pessoa.

Mancanza del bidet e inserimento di tubo di acqua con taglio del copri water veramente da ostello. Cuscino pessimo, aria condizionata che si accende da sola ma peggio di tutto la doccia con la tenda…da campeggio
