Damp smells from bathroom.
It is really close to the station, so convenient for tours or early departures. It's clean and in a safe area. The room is spacious enough comparing to other places in Milan. They were willing to help me with everything
Breakfast was expensive for me, but it's Milan, and if you need something to start the day it's good.

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful and the property was in a great location for what we were doing.
The hero picture didn’t seem to reflect the location with the little boxes and the words S P I C E in red in them. Was looking for them on arrival but they are not there…
Molto efficiente lo staff, stanza grande e pulita.Perfetta la location a 1 minuto dalla stazione centrale. Va bene se si cerca qualcosa comodo per spostarsi in treno altrimenti la zona vicino alla stazione, come in molte citta, non è un granché.

Tesisin konumu metroya yakınlığı tren istasyonuna yakınlığı çok iyi.
Tesiste yerler,asansörün içi bile halı kaplı,sanırım bu yüzden heryer malesef tuvalet kokuyor,görünüşte temiz yerler hep süpürülmüş ama koku çok kötü☹️
Ayrıca klima gece 3 te kendiliğinde çok sesli ve şiddetli bir şekilde çalışmaya başlıyor ve sizi uyandırıyor,

Nella doccia manca un tappetino non mi sono spaccato la testa per poco, sono scivolato con il sapone sotto i piedi nudi,

Pillows doesn't support your head properly. Not comfortable when sleeping.
A kettle with tea and coffee is very helpful in the room.
Ideale locatie nabij centraal trein- en metrostation. Vriendelijk personeel die meedenkt in oplossingen mbt serviceverlening bij een defecte airco. Goed en verzorgd ontbijt.

Dans la salle de bains il manque des crochets pour suspendre le linge.
Hotel molto vicino alla stazione centrale quindi comodissimo visto anche la vicinanza alla metro,la ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e sorridente!Ci hanno fatto upgrade della stanza non sappiamo perché ma è sempre ben accetto, due letti matrimoniali per 2 persone be' che dire abbiamo dormito molto larghe!
L'unica pecca può essere la doccia subito all'entrata del bagno e la tenda della doccia troppo piccola ma sono sciocchezze
