Location is useful for an overnight stay when there's a need to be close to Milano Centrale
The hotel is run-down; my bedroom was very small and smelled of humidity, and the fit-out was outdated and low-quality. It's not a 3-star, more like a 2-star, and it's way too expensive for what it is.
Fantastic location in relation to the train station, with eateries nearby. Welcoming staff.

Small thing the toilet has a bad smell that we had to keep tye toilet door close.

Sometimes the room was smell not good
The location was very handy for close access to the main train station, and getting into the city center
We were initially given a room that had a very strong damp smell and plug sockets that weren't installed correctly (falling out of the wall). We complained late at night that the damp smell had gotten worse when we got back from Milan. Instead of fixing the actual problem, they just sprayed some chemical cleaner around, so we ended up sleeping in a room that was heavy with the smell of that instead.
We complained again in the morning, and was moved rooms, which was a much nicer experience for the rest of our trip.
On top of this, we were also surprised by how noisy the cleaning staff were every morning. From 8:30am onwards, there were constant noises from hoovering, banging of walls/doors and the chairs being slid across the floors. We would have expected better care to be made to try not to make too much noise when cleaning to help better the experience for all guests staying at the hotel, but that sadly wasn't the case for our stay.
posizione strategica vicinissima alla Stazione Centrale e quindi indicata a chi arriva a Milano con il treno.

la hall di ingresso, ancorchè minimale e modernista, non è il massimo
