Getting less for more $$$$$$
Pros:

The location is perfect. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet with good amenities.

Cons:

The afternoon/evening desk clerk was less than helpful. Barely spoke and seemed remote. The weekend person overseeing the contentinal breakfast allowed coffee, waffles, and other staples to run out 30-45 minutes before breakfast ended. I believe in supporting family, but the family has to support you back. Some staff a re great while others require some attention by the owner/management.

Physically, the property needs s ome attention. It is showing some signs of wear and tear. The plumbing is a crap shoot depending on the room choice. The property has noticeably gone downhill over the past couple of years.

Cons:

The hot tub wasn't open and it's one of the reasons I booked in the first place. Maybe knowing that on the site before booking and having some transparency would be helpful

A good overnight stay
Pros:

Convenient. Very pleasant staff. Room was very nice. We had a bonus of a living room area.

Get what you pay for I guess.... but even that is too much.
Pros:

Cost. It was affordable.

Cons:

Parking was horrible. Pool was gross. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was very limited. If you ask for extra items that they run out of, your SOL.

Very nice place to stay at, some facilities werent as shown but overall amazing hotel.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet during most of our stay as well.

Cons:

Pool was very cloudy and hot tub was not operating which was disappointing. No snack bar available either.

Clean. Free parking. Cheap. You get what you pay for.

Cons:

Not a lot of money/time spent to keep the rooms fresh. Breakfast was not really a breakfast for us. Quite aged facility. The person at the desk was grumpy and not too helpful. Maybe not his day. The extra bed mattress was okay for a child but not suitable for adult...springs party all over.

I have been bitten by bed bug!

Unfortunately staff were totally nor professional by all means, starting from reception to people who are serving the breakfast, and room serving, imagine that i left the hotel with many insects bites because bed mattress were totally unclean, conducted this feedback to receptionists with 0 actions done,
They mentioned this is bed and breakfasts it ended up everytime asking my self where is this breakfast.
The served breakfast is creamy cheese and eggs.
