Clean but needs some attention.

Greeting upon arrival, Thursday afternoon. Very unfriendly, seemed annoyed that our arrival inter feared with her personal cell conversation, that was through most of the evening. To be fair, the others over 4 days were very kind and friendly. Only takes one bad apple! Keep her on night shift maybe, not near checkout time! Also dod not like the black mold on shower ceiling that had been painted over! Gut that wallboard and fix it correctly, mold is toxic. Downstairs shower, clearly above bath leaked!!!! Breakfast underwhelming, we avoided it!

Other than the deposit issue, it was a pleasant experience.
Pros:

A very convenient location to the side trips we were making.

Cons:

Our security deposit hasn’t been refunded which is very upsetting. Now I have to go to the trouble to call and find out why.

Pros:

Location was great. Over all pretty and clean outside.

Cons:

Breakfast, everything was messy and almost empty.
One lady, (curly blk hair) was super nice, happy and smiling and trying to cook and bring things out. The other staff really didn’t say anything or do anything. Forks were not wrapped and all turned forward so everyone’s hands touch them. Waffles stuck to the point you couldn’t get them off and just fell apart. No spray to spray the maker like most places.
Room was overall clean, but no extra toilet paper and only 1/4 to 1/2 roll on holder when we got there.
Bed-even though king sized. It was like sleeping on a rock. Nothing like other Comfort Inns we have stayed at.

Busy and Frustrated because I was not familiar with the area and had trouble locating the hotel.
Cons:

The hotel was hard to find. I had to call to get the general location of the hotel, I spent over 40 minutes trying to find the place. Once there, I was very satisfied with the hotel and staff.
