Unpleased guests.

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Room didn't look anything like the pictures on their site. Room looked like we were back in 1980's. Some jets didn't work in jacuzzi. The tv looked smaller than the microwave.

Absolutely disgusting and very disappointed

Dirty , smelled aweful ,moldy curtains , electrical wires exposed , lights beside bed flickered all the time, upgraded to hot tub in the room and it did not work called maintenance man he said he couldn’t do anything , tub had a hanging dirty washcloth over the top shower rail and the tub had soap scum and hair in it , had to go get cleaning supplies to clean our tub. When reported all these things all I got was oh I am sorry. waited for 30 minutes for food at the continental breakfast and only brought eggs which were not enough to serve all the people and children playing with the muffins and touching all the breads no body was watching or trying to stop them from touching all the foods . I will be contacting and sending pictures of all these to better businesses bureau. I don’t expect perfection but not to be compensating customers for any inconvenience or trying to fix things especially after paying to upgrade to a better room is absolutely pathetic.. no one has reached out to me to offer any comments or anything. Beyond pissed off right now.

Never stayed we weren’t comfortable.
Pros:

It was next to a bar and my friend had a panic attack because it reminded her of a place she was assaulted and they refused to refund our money.

Cons:

Outside just was too bad for my friend.

Pros:

Room was smelling and had mood all around baseboards and pool smell like fish because of no chemicals put into it I have pic to show everything they had bedbug sheet on the bed to protect us ?!?!

The stay was nice and peaceful.
Pros:

The property is nice and clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I really don’t have any complaints except that the bathrooms are small and they should have bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash instead of the little bars of soap and tiny bottles of shampoo.
