Looks like they gave this property the landlord special, just throw some pain on it and no one will notice

It is conveniently located

Cons:

Unclean , the bedding on the one bed looks like it was never changed the door on the balcony looks like it was kicked it and never repaired, broken tiles in and all around the bathroom , baseboards so covered in dirt you can see it’s caked on, splatted of something all over multiple walls in the room, stuff under the bed the never cleaned under very disappointed,

The room was poorly maintained, on the door you could see partially into the room where a key door lock would go, the Jacuzzi was dirty and the curtain's were difficult to use.

Pros:

Rate was very affordable room was clean nothing fancy but good for us. Place could use updating but was good for the price. Beds were comfortable staff was very kind.

It was disappointing. My son and I were scared.

It was so dirty. The man wore so much cologne in the lobby I wanted to choke. We didn't shower bc the tub was discusting. The floors were gross. The sink had weird stains or something that made it look even dirtier. We slept on top of the blankets, fully clothed bc we were scared there could have had bed bugs. We only ate a few bites of food bc it was so dirty. The dining room was atrocious. The food was unappetizing and even the juice tasted bad. All we could eat was a piece of toast. It was disappointing.

I liked that it was very close to the skiing resort . Very convenient.

Location : very close to camelback skiing resort

Cons:

The cleaning needs improvement. Very dusty and dirty . Jacuzzi was not working which was disappointing . Breakfast not a lot of options.

The only thing was the staff is friendly

Cons:

We didn't like anything about this place!! It's disgusting! It's not clean at all. There is cobwebs all over the ceilings and on the air conditioning unit. There are bugs on the windows sill. Something nasty is in the curtains. Outlets are broken and don't work at all to even charge your phone. The door is not sealed correctly and light comes through. There was still hair all over the bathroom and in the hot tub And in the towels. There are mice living in there. We had a couple in our room we seen it run from the hole that's right beside the hot tub to the garage can in our room. Seen a mouse turd also. We packed up and left!!!!
