Overall great stay. Comfortable room, easy to get to.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Only issue was the shower didn’t get very hot. It was sufficient but would’ve liked it to be a bit warmer.

Check in was fast and easy

Cons:

The room was not cleaned very good. There were crumbs under furniture something on the bed frame base, stains on carpet, fingerprints on the picture frame

Pros:

I loved the room itself. Very comfortable and clean, had everything we needed.

Cons:

The toilet seat was super loose, almost like it would fall off. Also we went swimming there was a light fixture floating in the pool that the night shift front desk clerk just brushed off.

I was charged twice for my room and had to call several times to try and get it resolved. It still is not resolved.

Decent hotel, decent value
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty great with lots of items like bacon, scrambled eggs, Greek yogurt, pancakes, and delicious cinnamon rolls. The bed was fairly comfortable, and housekeeping came daily with fresh towels and sheets.

Cons:

Almost all of the electrical outlets did not work in my room, and some of them will turn off depending on what lights you turn off. The lighting controls were scattered all over the place and abysmal. It was impossible to get the lighting to be just right.

Excellent accommodations and very close to shopping, restaurants, highways.
Pros:

The staff was great. I received a welcome text after checking in to ask if my room was adequate. My hand soap dispenser was empty and they brought up a bottle very quickly. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing - Everything was great!
