First my name is not fitmx! Where did that come from? Second property does not take Amex. Nothing was said re that in reservation process. Third 1st room checked in was not cleaned or reset.

Everything was wonderful and staff was super helpful and friendly! Only complaint was the bed pillows were REALLY small and squsihy! Should have brought my own pillow because I am a pillow snob! LOVED the Texas waffles and fresh build tour own yogurt!!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean. Dominic at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He called me after we left to inform me I had left phone charger. I really appreciated this call. I went back by to pick up my cord and Dominic kindly assured me that I wasn’t the only person to do this. I will definitely stay here again!

I arrived to be given a third floor room with no elevators working. No Internet in the room. No chatter for the desk in the room. One would think for that price these are basic things that should be available.

The property General Manager was working a double when I checked in. Expedia had really screwed up my reservation and she took the time needed to make sure I had a room and got me taken care of. After a long drive, I am grateful to her!

The night clerk was very nice & courteous! Hotel was very clean.

The trip was terrible we got there and we got there we had to buy clothes considering we didn't plan on staying that night but we had to buy clothes because we had a party to go to the next day and he graduation so it's a very Rush evening I had to plan the night we got lost in our way there and then when we did finally get there we will check in very quickly the girl was in a rush to get out once we got choked in we got to a room it was raining that night so we're not very happy but didn't have half our stuff for the next day because we did not plan on staying so we didn't have all our as you could say hair dryers and hair makeup and all that but we use what we need to use the top it off once we got in our room and situated I got a call from the front desk telling us that we were in the wrong room I still cuz we'd already switched into a bit dumb as it had already gotten down and wanted to rest we had not gotten some sleep we had a 7 hour drive there had to top it off I got a phone call after work and once we got a phone call afterwards they told us that you realize you did sign papers for another room I said no that was not my problem that's the front desk and again he said well I'm just letting you know that which was to me a gift trip I did not like the feeling that I was given to me which to me was a bad customer service

Staff was friendly, but I saw multiple roaches in my room.

We had an accessible room. It was located conveniently near the front desk and the breakfast area. It was spacious. There were two tvs. Everything is well-maintained and looks recently remodeled.

Great place to stay and enjoy your time in the city.
