Good. We were headed to a nearby hospital, so really couldn’t experience amenities.
Pros:

Close proximity to hospital. The staff asked if we needed shuttle service.

Cons:

Drapes could not close all the way so we had to put something in front of them to keep them closed. We were on the ground floor. The inside of the refrigerator freezer compartment didn’t look clean.

Convenient but low quality.
Pros:

The location was close to the airport.

Cons:

There were a lot of strange odors in the building. Our room specifically smelled musty and possibly moldy. We found a large insect in our room, and when we left the next morning, they were fumigating just down the hallway.
