I will be a repeat customer when I have to use MKE again.
Pros:

SO convenient to the airport - 5 minutes away and you couldn't hear any planes! The hotel was clean and parking was easy

Staff are absolutely wonderful, I just wish it was a bit cleaner.

The location was great, staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Ice bucket had pink mold and the replacement one had a crack on the inside. Bath tub had some stains and the toilet seat was cracked.

Wouldn’t allow us to park while on our trip because we booked through Booking.com. Won’t stay here again because of that.

Cons:

Staff (specifically overnight female); moldy caulk in shower and perimeter. Zero hangars in 3ft closet. Headboard still had stains/film from prior occupants. One tv remote inoperable. Worn face towels/thin towels.

Good. We were headed to a nearby hospital, so really couldn’t experience amenities.
Pros:

Close proximity to hospital. The staff asked if we needed shuttle service.

Cons:

Drapes could not close all the way so we had to put something in front of them to keep them closed. We were on the ground floor. The inside of the refrigerator freezer compartment didn’t look clean.
