We came for the pool only
Pros:

The price, location, pool, staff

Cons:

Towels were stained, bedding was stained, bathroom clearly had things that needed to be replaced. Could not connect to the internet.

Great hotel and waterpark
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. Our rooms were comfortable and the restaurant breakfast was very good. We also enjoyed an evening meal at the hotel that was very good. The staff were all helpful. The waterpark was wonderful and the children in our party had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

Family get together.
Pros:

Enjoyed the breakfast and the pool area. The check-in person was especially helpful as I made a reservation for March instead of February and was able to reschedule to the arrival date without any problems. It was a special weekend with family and nice to all be together. Rooms were nice size and it was great to have dining and bar attached to the Inn.

Pros:

Pool was great, big room, perfect for the kids.

Cons:

Our room was really smelly/musty, the floor was wet when we checked in, I didn't ask for a change or complain as it was only for one night, but it was not good. Not sure if something was spilled by previous guest and then shampooed but the carpet was sodden.

Awesome experience
Pros:

From the moment we walked into the lobby until we had to leave everything was better than expected. The water park was perfect for our family. The kids had the best time. The room was spacious and clean. The DOVE products in the bathroom was a nice an unexpected plus. We will definitely be back!

There was a weird lipstick stain on one of the towels in the bathroom...Also, wish the pool bar had been open either time we were there....

Great place to go with littles!
Pros:

It was a wonderful stay. Breakfast was good and kids loved the pool. They did need to close the pool one day of our stay for cleaning.

Great for kids, subpar for cleanliness

Indoor waterpark great for younger ages. Hotel restaurant decent pricing for pizza.
Pool hours adhered to (no loud noises after 9pm)

Cons:

The pool cleanliness - water was terribly murky. No way it was meeting any standards for chemical maintenance. Beer cans everywhere, way over limit of allowed people in the pool.
Hotel room opened to a back entrance for the pool area - doors were blackout which was great for privacy but so strange to have zero natural light.

Perfect Overnight Getaway With Grandkids
Pros:

We were looking for a nearby one-day/night getaway with our grandkids, and the Holiday Inn & Suites fit the bill beautifully. The facilities were clean, and the rooms (we rented two poolside rooms) were spacious and well maintained. Having access to the rooms from both the hallway and the poolside was a big plus, making it very easy to get to the pool.

The water park is just right for younger children. Having a smaller pool area for kids four and under, along with a slightly larger pool for ages four and up, worked out perfectly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The price felt very reasonable, and when I called to make the reservation, they even matched a lower price I had found online.

Having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker was awesome as well. The pool is open until 9 p.m., and we found the rooms to be well insulated, keeping most of the noise out.

We will definitely plan on revisiting in the near future!

Great breakfast and comfortable beds!
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable. Check in was easy. The breakfast was very good! Well above average for a continental breakfast! The pool was fun but very crowded. The heating/cooling unit had a continuous fan option which is great because most hotel rooms don’t and every time it turns off I wake up since I’m used to sleeping with a fan on at home. The only reason I gave 4 stars was for cleanliness. It was average. There was a fruit loop on the floor by the side of the bed and we didn’t have fruit loops. The bathroom floor could have been more clean as well.
