Do not stay here.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I was possibly defrauded $150 'damages deposit' by the receptionist. The hotel has ignored all my messages. Eight days later, they still have not credited my bank account. This incident has destroyed my goodwill. I will never stay with this chain of hotels again.

It sucked wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody
Pros:

Nothing it was one of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed at!!!

Cons:

Everything the rooms were dirty, our room got flooded from moisture, and everything we had got wet. They double charged me at first everything was gross. I saw a roach mold the windows you could open. It was a terrible experience!!!

Before coming or booking through 3rd party. Let them know renovations are being done soon as someone book.. not when the

Book the hotel on booking.com and got to the hotel and see it was being renovated. Very upsetting.

Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned well. Last person that stayed had red hair. Only way i know is because the person had hair on the ceiling and walls

The staff wasn’t any help and the hotel didn’t have any entertainment.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the ac worked great. Great location.

Cons:

The tv did not work and we were not accommodated for that and it rained earlier in the day but the pool remained closed the whole day so all we could do when we were at the hotel was lay and look at the ceilings.

I would never recommend this place.

Cons:

I paid a lot of money for a hotel that is in the process of being renovated which was not stated in booking. Floors were disgusting, hair in my bed, bathroom door didn't close, unsafe, homeless people camping out around building. No late check out, making touring the FSU impossible. Wrong place to start your visit to the city. Never want to come back to this town.

Checking in the dude was very rude. He didn’t wanna work. He wouldn’t look up at us. He just checked us and basically threw everything at us. He didn’t want to be there at all.
