Cons:

Went to hotel and try to cancel.Had booked the wrong hotel.Thought I would give it a chance.Ask to see a room and the lobby was glomy the room was not up to par.Had to go down steps to see room and I had a injured ankle.They would not cancel the room and I try to call booking.com Never got a credit pay for a room I did not stay.

EVERYTHING. I didn’t like nothing about the property. I felt unsafe. The pictures are nothing like what the hotel looks like. It stunk the elevator felt like it was going to break. I didn’t like that my room connected to another room that made me feel unsafe for my own kids. And the property outside was very disgusting. It was trashy. It was nasty. I was just very unsatisfied with it. I will never stay there again. The staff that cleans the rooms yes we asked for no room survey because we wanted to keep our own room clean didn’t want nobody in the room with our stuff because to be honest I didn’t trust nothing about it. The housekeepers are very rude. My husband asked for a couple extra towels and they were like are you serious so the experience at that hotel was very disturbing. I was not satisfied the pictures don’t even put a dent into what that hotel look like they need to update their pictures online because it’s nasty.

Dogs barking, roaches in bathroom and the tub is very slippery. I split in the shower. Room attendants knocked but didn't give us time to answer, by then the attendant had opend the door and asked were we checking out that day. Mind you we still have 15 to 20 min before checkout.
