I like the location, very convenient and right in the center of EVERYTHING.
Let’s start here, the lady who checked us in very helpful and pleasant. Kudos to her, she loves her job.
HOWEVER, the hotel keycard did not work at first, it’s SUPER sensitive, it will deactivate just by being next to keys or a cell phone. Times has changed and they need to get with the program and update their equipment to better handle situations like this.
1st night, me and my family went to take a shower and I was VERY disturbed when there was NO HOT WATER!!! We went to front desk and advised she said run it for 15 minutes and it should kick on, YALL it ran over 30 minutes and STILL NO HOT WATER. There were several guest coming to complain they had no hot water either. We all had to take cold showers for the night.
The shower to my liking was not at all clean, o went and purchased cleaning supplies to get it right, floor was dirty in the bathroom had to clean as well.
I was shocked to know the bed was on a metal bed frame.
We ha joinging rooms and one of the TVs didn’t work, other guest as well complained about that too.
Breakfast on Friday morning was HORRIBLE, waffle maker not working, sausage not cooked properly it was just not a good weekend at all.
Highly disappointed since this is my favorite hotel to stay at.
Hopefully when they finish construction to the first floor they remodel EVERYTHING cause the rooms need more work, like ALOT!

Facility was ran down, dirty, and reeked of marijuana. Rust everywhere, filthy appliances.

Room flooded water from a leaking pipe in the bathroom, and people jack hammering all day long around the pool area for 2 days straight, 9 hours a day..1st floor closed 3rd and forth floor closed and to top it off ,,no hot water at all for a shower..
It was clean and staff was friendly
No microwave in the rooms but we were able to use the microwave in the guest lounge..So still a win plus they are under renovation
The worst hotel ever ‼️hotel rooms and the entire hotel is nasty. The staff was not inside but outside getting high inside the parking lot . Worst experience ever. We didn’t even get under the covers we slept on top of the bed sitting up. We arrived really late that’s the only reason we didn’t go to another hotel. Do not book this hotel

I was possibly defrauded $150 'damages deposit' by the receptionist. The hotel has ignored all my messages. Eight days later, they still have not credited my bank account. This incident has destroyed my goodwill. I will never stay with this chain of hotels again.

Everything the rooms were dirty, our room got flooded from moisture, and everything we had got wet. They double charged me at first everything was gross. I saw a roach mold the windows you could open. It was a terrible experience!!!
