Would not stay at another Wyndham.
Pros:

Didn’t stay for breakfast.

Cons:

Room had water on floor in bedroom. No waste basket. Strong odor of cleaner was nauseous. Tv didn’t work, person sent to repair spoke nor understood English. Toilet seat was dirty!

Pros:

Good price

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room. Saw roaches and dirt throughout the room. Everything was old, weathered and falling apart. Breakfast was edible at most.

Housekeeper does not need to be rude about what customers need because I’m going to get what I need from any motel as lo
Pros:

The property was nice great location and convenient. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little dusty and one of the room keepers (very light-skinned high yellow color skin with dreads/plaits) was very rude about rags & towels . We only had 1 in the room and we have kids with us so I’m not understanding why she had to be so rude about it. A family of 5 can’t use 1 rag, 1 quarter rag, and 2 towels ! Pissed me off really bad and makes me not want to come back. She said “we can’t just be giving y’all rags & towels” so very rudely I wanted to curse her out and she did it in front of her co-workers. It Seemed like she was over them or something because they were cleaning while she guarded the buggy and she didn’t set a good example for her team. I also had to walk all the way from the 4th floor (434) to 1st floor and hunt them down like the front desk operator instructed me to do so since she didn’t have any behind the counter!
