This is by far my favourite hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything about it from the staff to the facilities available are top notch. Inclusive shuttle from & to the airport, and 4 times daily to Verona Piazza Brà and Porta Nuova train station. The food is exceptional and everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay special. This was my third visit and I'm already planning my fourth!
Some may find the location a little short on eateries - there's only one pizzeria nearby (but it's great & very good value). Other than that, head into verona on the complimentary shuttle bus. Or, if you're lounging by the amazing pool, take advantage of the snack bar's amazing range of very reasonably priced food.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff great as always. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Great guy. Bartender is great. That is why I go to Saccardi at least two times every year. I love you guys.

Andiamo spesso, quando vogliamo prenderci una pausa, hotel pulito, personale gentile e la spa molto bella e accogliente.
Colazione ottima, presenza di felini piacevole e camera ampia e ben pulita.
Camera non insonorizzata nonostante avessi pagato per tale servizio.
Abbiamo preso un suite per una notte con annessa sauna e idromassaggio privato ed accesso alla spa.
Pulizia ottima e stanza di dimensioni generose.
All'arrivo ci è stata offerta una bottiglia di vino.
La stanza ha la macchina del caffe ma non un bollitore; abbiamo provato a farci una tisana ma sapeva di caffe slavato (capisco che i clienti non siano attenti all'uso con criteri però una pulizie e decalcificazione della macchina da parte della struttura ci starebbe). Scarsezza di cialde e di bustine di te.
Vengono fornite ciabattine da camera ma per l'accesso alla spa non vanno bene in quanto si inzuppano e diventano poi inutilizzabili.
Accedendo alla spa più volte nel due giorni sarebbe comodo avere almeno due asciugamani così da averlo asciutto e non bagnato, inoltre ci starebbe una scheda sulle regole della SPA e dell'albergo così da sapere prima di uscire dalla camera.
Il letto era piuttosto scomodo, composto da due materassi che però creavano il buco al centro ed erano a scheda d'asino.
Il riscaldamento ad aria è piuttosto rumoroso anche al minio e di notte da fastidio soprattutto a chi è più sensibile ai rumori
In bagno non mancavano completamente gli accessori che di solito si trovano quali cuffia da doccia, struccante, cotton fioc etc.
