Ignore the outside facia, it is much nicer inside with huge rooms and lovely spa and pools.

Lovely pool area. Didn't use the indoor pool as the weather was great, but it looked very nice too,
Good breakfast.
Massive room with similar bathroom. Nicely laid out and furnished. Very good quality towels.

Meraviglioso Weekend con Gatto al seguito

Tutto ! Siamo ormai clienti da diversi anni e da 2 ci rechiamo con il nostro gatto visto che l'hotel li accetta ben volentieri. Non possiamo che confermare la gentilezza, professionalità di tutto il personale sempre lo stesso che è una garanzia, la pulizia in tutti gli ambienti e nelle camere, la possibilità di rilassarsi sia all'aperto con una bella piscina, che nella spa non enorme ma piu che abbastanza per un hotel, completa di tutto quello che serve , pulitissima e gestita alla perfezione dalle ragazze della piscina/spa che sono eccezionali empatiche e sempre sorridenti. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante non abbiamo mai provato a mangiare ma con una colazione cosi pazzesca ricca di una scelta enorme di prelibatezze dal dolce al salato a frutta e verdura e con un personale eccezionale attento alle richieste e sempre disponibile non può essere che ottimo anche per il pasto oltre che la location vista piscina sotto al porticato con piante rampicanti bellissimo! Per quanto riguarda il servizio in camera la signora del terzo piano attenta alle richieste e con una pulizia perfetta della camera,avendo con noi un gatto ci ha fatto vivere comunque nella tranquillità facendoci la camera al momento dell'uscita per la colazione portando con noi il gatto per poi riportarlo subito senza tenerci delle ore in attesa delle pulizie, difficilmente si può trovare! L'accoglienza del personale in reception sia del giorno che della notte tutti sempre disponibili e pronti a darci consigli Anche la posizione dell'hotel che può sembrare fuori mano invece è perfetta a pochi km da tutto lago, città, parchi. Un grazie quindi a tutti voi per il lavoro che svolgete alla perfezione e anche se faticoso lo fate sembrare ai nostri occhi un piacere. Tutto questo fa in modo che il cliente torni a casa con il desiderio di ritornare quanto prima.

Solo un piccolo appunto ma non cosi importante, la mancanza di uno specchio in camera e se ci fosse un armadio un po piu capiente. Stavolta l'aria condizionata in camera non sempre efficiente ma forse dovute alle temperature non pertinenti per il periodo.
