Sympa pour Austin, voiture indispensable
Pros:

La suite, très bien agencée
Lit confortable (pas le canapé)
Petit déjeuner sympa

Cons:

Cliente Genius soit disant surclassée, on m’avait attribué une chambre sur parking et sur route… j’ai dû en réclamer une autre… La wifi n’a pas marché pendant 3 jours.
Le canapé pas confortable
Les suites équipées pour 2 personnes alors qu’on a payé pour 3 : pas assez de serviettes.
Et il fallait télécharger une appli pour faire la lessive !!! Impossible avec notre vieux smartphone

Not good when the elevators are out

Overall a great location, minor inconveniences. Would likely not book this hotel again in future.
Pros:

Check-in was very easy, staff was friendly. Room was fairly clean. Location was ideal for what we had planned. The included-breakfast had great selection!

Cons:

The elevator was down and there were signs that stated, but we were not told at check-in directly. We were told we were able to get a 2nd floor room, which the staff member was very eager about, I didn't understand why until we tried to go up the elevator with the suitcase dolly. That's when it clicked that the elevators were down and why he was eager to advise he got us a room on the second floor. So this was a negative/turned positive for us. The room was also right at the stairwell, so carrying our luggage up the stairs was not as bad as it could've been. We book a queen suite that included the bedroom in a separate room so that our daughter could enjoy the tv during downtime, and we still had one in the room. This was great, except that every time she'd change the channel in the living room, it would change ours in the separate bedroom. I think this was because both tvs were installed on the same wall so the bedroom tv was picking up the sensor? It was mildly inconvenient. The room had a slight smell to it upon entry when we arrived and when we'd leave for our activities and come back, but that would go away after adjusting ac temp and airing the room out by opening the window.

Horrible!! Worst stay ever!!!
Pros:

The best part about my stay was meeting Angel!!! He was so concerned and did everything he could to better my stay!!! He was so apologetic for everything that went wrong!!! I also enjoyed meeting the lady that will become manager. She was also apologetic about the pool.

Cons:

The elevator being down and having to be moved to the first floor! The room not being as cleaned as I would have liked! The room being hot at night and cold in the morning! The worst part was the uncleanliness of the pool!

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück und die Zimmer waren Sauber. Das Fitnessstudio und der Pool waren ebenso praktisch - genauso wie die Lage.

Cons:

Manche Ecken sehen doch etwas alt und schmuddelig aus - auch wenn das Hotel als „newly renovated“ vermarktet wird.

Fantastic!!
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic each day. The staff was friendly and helpful. First time I have EVER stayed at a Sonesta hotel but it will not be the last! I am very pleased with this hotel and will be a repeat customer

Cons:

The elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs each time. We had our 81 yr old mother with us and that was hard along with the luggage BUT the front desk staff member was very kind and apologetic. I will be booking another stay here for spring break

Good price for 2-room suite.

Cons:

The sofa bed was truly awful. Even with two towels and the bath mat as padding, the coils went boing at your back. Pillow case was missing. Front desk failed to deliver missed items, as promised.
