Pros:

La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia por trabajo. Bien iluminada y fresca con un buen servicio de Wi Fi.

Cons:

Se que es el concepto pero sería deseable agregar un local donde puedas encontrar café o bocadillos fuera del desayuno, aun y cuando sea con costo extra.

A vacation with no worries!
Pros:

everything was as expected. staff was great. even before we cam they assisted us in rooms.

Cons:

mosquitos. wasp. i was stung. wet outside seats morning during breakfast.

pool was not as clean as expected.

The suites are nice! The outdoor area is also very nice and relaxing. Pets are allowed. I will definitely return next month! Free breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. I had a very comfortable stay! Oh! There's a sprouts and a target 2 blocks down the road! I doordashed as well, no issues!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Honestly, I have zero complaints!

Cons:

No smart TV, but I hooked up my laptop and I was able to stream my shows.

Our stay at Sonesta ES Suites in Austin exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was very convenient, and our suite was spacious, comfortable, and practical with its kitchenette. Housekeeping was spotless, breakfast was hearty and varied, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A smooth, relaxing stay — we'd happily choose it again on a return to Austin. Highly recommend.

I didn't get to stay at the Sonesta. I will book again.
Pros:

The facility was great, but the elevator was broken. I had to relocate to another hotel because my elderly mother could not go up and down the stairs to the fourth floor.

Cons:

It was inconvenient to have to find another hotel, but the staff was excellent at refunding my money so I could do so.
