Arrived at 10 p.m. and room that had been booked for months was not ready. Learned that despite the Marriott website and in room materials all advertising a free breakfast, the location no longer offers it. When my room was ready there was no hand soap or extra toilet paper. The room was relatively clean, but not well maintained: Chipped and peeling paint, the kitchenette was greasy, the couch stained. The rest of the property was similarly poorly maintained. The walls are paper thin. I don’t blame the staff for this state of affairs. I’m sure they are just doing their best. But upper management and ownership are not doing their job. I would encourage Marriott to revoke this property’s branding.
Rooms very comfortable.
I asked front desk( was a lady 07/22/2025 from 10-11 am) for help with cleaning the carpet because I spent 4 night there and her answer was this “ you will need to come and take the vacuum, nobody is going to clean for you” and also laundry room has not enough available washer machines and dryer machines were dirty looks never cleaned.
Quarto com itens faltantes, cafeteira quebrada, sem café da manhã, sem funcionario para fazer o check out, cancelei uma diaria e me cobraram mesmo assim e não respondem email até hj .
Love the two bedrooms for me and my family
Nothing it was awsome
Location and bed.
Two days with no breakfast. One with partial. Two nights with noisy and annoying neighbors then we were moved to another bedroom. Then new bedroom was with clogged shower drain and we had to use another bedroom bathroom.
There was no breakfast provided without any explanation even though it was advertised the inclusion of breakfast! Our friends were boasting about Drury Hotel which we could have chosen.
At least the management could have said no breakfast is included bcs of the holiday season
When I first arrived, the door to the room had painters' tape around the lock, not allowing it to lock. The door had 2 wood screws on the top hinge which made the door slop down. I informed the front desk, so they came to look at the door and agreed to put me into another room.
The second room allowed anyone to walk in without using a key card. I was then put into a third room which the door worked as advertised.
The third room had shower draining issues that caused the shower to flood while in use. I spoke with the front desk in the morning but at the end of the day, it wasn't fixed. When I inquired about it, I was told the maintenance personnel wouldn't come in until the next day. I ended up fixing the problem myself by using a towel to remove the built-up hair. Once I removed all the old hair, the water drained properly. When I told the front desk that I fixed the problem myself, I just got a "sorry about that".
On my third night, I asked if I could get room service, I was told that I wouldn't get anything until my 7th day visit. Given that I was staying only 5 days, I never got room service.
Breakfast was minimal. no hot breakfast.
The room was 49 degrees with the ac blasting when we arrived. it took about 4 hours to reach 61 degrees. The kitchen had one pot with lid....How are you supposed to cook eggs? Needed a couple of skillets. Dishes and utensils were adequate. the stove worked although it looked like it had fallen off a back of a truck. If you wanted to cook food you'd have to obtain more cookware....the room was pet friendly but the carpet was stinky. The carpet needs to be cleaned and deodorized. When I checked in the staff was sitting around the lobby and they were talking about politics - that probably should have been curtailed while a guest was checking in. It made me somewhat uncomfortable. I mentioned my concerns to the receptionist while checking out - and he just nodded his head. The room was quiet - not too many guests.
The room was clean and I really liked the mini kitchen. The bathroom had rusty stains on the baseboard, which was curling away from the wall and in the toilet, which made dripping noises all the time. But I shut the door while I was sleeping and couldn’t hear it. The bed was comfy and had pillow choices. Breakfast had a lot of options and was good. There’s some good options of walkable restaurants and a Walmart next door and Safeway and King Soopers are about a mile on either direction. All staff I encountered were very nice and seemed to really like working in the hospitality. I’d stay here again.
Cleanliness issues
Laundry was awesome
Convenient location. Shops nearby. Quiet.
This is a run down property. Wouldn't stay here again. It wasn't awful, but not worth price.
The front desk service was great.
Breakfast was hot and what we expected. Decent. The rooms are very dated, in need of repair and updates and smelled moldy. But....I wanted a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and living room and not many places offer that. It was close to everything so great location.
Nice views.
