Great location, would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was awesome! Such a short walk to Target Field and lots of bars/restaurants in the area.

Cons:

Definitely dated, but clean. The parking while checking in was not great.

Erika made it so we will come back there to stay whenever we are in Minneapolis.
Pros:

Erika was super helpful and the nicest person ever. She helped with upgrade which booking.com did not. She helped with all our questions which booking.com did not. Would never use booking.com again. Will call and ask for Erika. She made us laugh and was just all around perfect at her job.

Cons:

Having to go through booking.com. I will always contact facility itself and not go through third party booking. Get a hugs run around with booking.com.

Convenient location, outdated rooms
Pros:

Great location, close to cafes and shops and the Riverwalk. It was extremely hot outside and they always had iced water and lemonade in the lobby. Their coffee was decent too! Breakfast had a variety of options for kids and some fruit too!

Cons:

Rooms were let down, beds weren’t comfortable. Kids slept on the sofa bed where the mattress was falling apart and had stains on it. Even the sheets were stained yellow. AC was old, it worked but was uncomfortable and loud.

Love staying here
Pros:

Extremely helpful staff. Good breakfast with daily varieties. Very dog friendly and excellent location. Street parking can be difficult but we never had any issues. Off street parking available for a fee.
