Love staying here
Pros:

Extremely helpful staff. Good breakfast with daily varieties. Very dog friendly and excellent location. Street parking can be difficult but we never had any issues. Off street parking available for a fee.

Just OK Hotel, very outdated, but the location and staff were great.
Pros:

The location, the staff and the outdoor pool were the highlights of the property. The staff here were wonderful — shout out to the gal working in the afternoon of Saturday, June 6. She was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms and furniture were extremely outdated. The fold out couch terribly old and uncomfortable. The curtains were yellowing. Guests were smoking at the exits.

Pros:

The location was perfect and super close to all the north loop locations we wanted to visit.

Cons:

The staff was not very welcoming and did not do a great job placing rooms that were booked together next to each other.

Pros:

Location was excellent, very close to the train service to St. Paul, and there are many restaurants and pubs in the North Loop neighborhood. There is a shopping market just across the street.

Pros:

People and location
There were two gentlemen upon check in- one helped me with my dogs and one checked me in. That was the best check in I’ve ever had- eventhough the key didn’t work! Because they were so nice!
The staff at the front desk- all were really kind and approachable.

Cons:

The pictures of the pool are misleading. I thought it was bigger. Didn’t feel comfortable swimming when other families in their due to lack of room. That was one of the reasons I picked it.
Also in my bathroom the cabinet pull was loose.
