Estaba cerca del Path lo que hace facil moverse. El personal, y las instalaciones estaban muy bien. El desayuno estuvo muy bien tambien. Un hotel donde la calidad-precio es muy eficiente.

Très bon séjour hors de manhattan
Pros:

Hôtel excentré de manhattan donc moins cher. Heureusement il y a le path train qui relie New jersey à manhattan très bien en semaine très régulier. Le week end c pas pareil toutes les 20 minutes et fermeture à 21 h 00. Le quartier est un peu désertique sans être craignos. Par contre beaucoup de circulation. Il vaut mieux être aux étages et pas côté route. Chambre très propre très spacieuse plus de 30 m2 bien équipée. Manque une bouilloire. Petit déj standard. La cohue le week end avec un seul ascenseur pour y parvenir. Bref un bon choix pour ceux qui n ont pas peur de marcher jusqu au path (paiement par cb) et qui veulent payer moins cher que l hyper centre de manhattan. (world Trade Center 8 mn ou 33 ème rue plus de 20 mn). Navette pour l aéroport de newark. À 01 h 30 en transport en commun de jfk qui est à l opposé. Laverie sur place. Salle de sports. Check out midi c cool. Quelques spots sympa du côté New jersey prononcer jersiii grove station ( un ferry part de ce côté pour la statue de la liberté et Ellis Island) et hodebokenn pleine vue sur manhattan.

Pros:

Breakfast was decent enough. The room furniture and lighting is definitely an...interesting choice. But it comes with lots of lamps, a fridge, closet space, and tables. Clean! Bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Very tiny bathroom. The second bedroom's AC unit was basically just throwing dust around so she turned it off. Only one elevator to get to the dining room, no stairs (safety hazard), so takes FOREVER to get back upstairs since it can only fit 4-6 people at a time.

At one moment, they stopped to bring new cups into the room and later figured out where to grab new ones
Sometimes towels were stained, but they were changed every day, so it wasn't a big problem
Need to wait a few minutes (3-5) before the water will become hot (maybe a specific part of the water system, but for you to know, wasn't that critical)

òtimo custo/benefício
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom. Quartos e instalações limpos. Serviço de limpeza funcionou muito bem.
Pessoal do Hotel bastante prestativo.
Localização boa, a poucos minutos da estação Journal Square para Manhattan.
Bastante comodidades, como lavanderia, uma pequena academia, máquinas de venda de utilidades e bebidas.
Transfer para o Aeroporto de Newark disponibilizado sem custos.

Cons:

Um ponto ruim é o barulho das descargas do banheiro, quando utilizado à noite. Nada que atrapalhe a estadia.

Es antiguo el hotel pero es cómodo limpio el personal cordial … el desayuno sencillo pero bien … me sentí cómoda

Está a 10 minutos caminando de la estación del metro y a pocos 20 minutos en metro de nueva York muy central … pero un poco de gente de la calle aunque llegamos tarde de la noche y en la 6 noches nunca nos pasó nada

Buena estancia.
Pros:

La relación calidad-precio comparada con otros hoteles de NY, aunque es mejorable, y la ubicación cerca del PATH. La habitación grande y cómoda.

Cons:

Tal vez ligeramente ruidosa porque tenía las máquinas de climatización debajo, yo estaba en una segunda planta, pero nada grave.
