It was very basic and not at all welcoming. Broken tap in the kitchen. Shabby blinds and curtains. It had all we needed and was very clean but lacking in warmth.

Very large comfortable room with big bathroom and comfy bed.
Pros:

Large room with lots of space. The bed was comfortable with a choice of 4 pillows, however they were all very high and firm with no choice for a thinner pillow. The bathroom was large and clean. The tap above the basin was very high so some water did get on the floor when you washed your hands. Parking onsite was good, although as reception wasn't open I had to go out onto the street then around the corner to access my room. Overall a comfortable stay for the night and I would stay here again.

Cons:

No reception open which made it difficult to access my room easily. Great sized car parking near reception but none available in front of my room, unless you wanted to park out on the street.
