Queen Room
Pros:

Queen Room 25. Location was great. Bed comfy. Bathroom clean. Easy access. Quiet. Did hear other patrons cars leaving but too be expected. Heater and electric blanket great. Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Bathroom basin tap hardly worked but shower was good. Hairdryer was average. No one at reception but you only needed to call and they appeared. English VERY limited.

An overall pleasant stay
Pros:

The family room had a lot of space, and a second bathroom. The heating was good and kept the space comfortable over a cold night. The main bathroom was large and well maintained, and the linen was clean and fresh. The location was great, an easy walk to shops, restaurants etc.

Cons:

We had to swap rooms because the first room we were given, the bunk bed had some debris/residue, and even the staff didn't know what it was. The second room had clearly been recently cleaned, but even then, we noticed used tissue under the bunk bed, and there were dirty handprints above the loft bed wall. So while the beds, linen, main floors were clean, our experience left us with the impression that the cleaners aren't doing deeper cleans.

Comfortable relaxing stay. would use the Menzies Motel again.
Pros:

We travelled from Donald vic. For a number of hospital tests in Ballarat. We had been thrilled with the staff, friendly and helpful. After long days with appointments coming back to clean comfortable beds was great. Location was also very helpful not far from shops.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that i would or could complain about..
