Disappointing stay because of misleading information on your site. This is NOT an hotel.
Pros:

Not much. Fridge was OK.

Cons:

I thought I booked a hotel as per website and photos. Turned out to be a very average motel, on the low end of very average. And we've stayed in a fair few motels across Victoria. Hopelessly noisy fan in the bathroom. Not very comfortable chairs.

The room was large but the area was not great.
Pros:

Good size room.

Cons:

On arrival the guy at reception couldn’t have tried less if he wanted to. The utensils in the cupboard were dirty. The area is noisy and seedy. There are no cafes or restaurants nearby unless you count McDonalds, which I don’t.
