Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El personal es demasiado agradable. El desayuno está muy bien con mucha variedad y panes muy buenos. Tiene una habitación con balcó que es una belleza

Cons:

El hotel enfrente estaba en remodelación y sufríamos mucho ruido. El baño es grande, pero le falta más espacio para colocar las cosas personales, es decir, un tocador además del lavatorio.

Pros:

Todo !! Ubicación, el hotel en general , el anonimato del personal en el buen sentido de la palabra ! Son muy prudentes , discretos y muy respetuosos ! Todo funciona como un reloj suizo !!! Localização, atendimento e custo benefício.

Cons:

São dois travesseiros, um é péssimo, duro e alto. O outro é razoável o que atrapalhou nossas noites de sono. Mas não desabona o hotel, é um detalhe que pode ser corrigido.

Pros:

Todo muy bien. La ubicación excelente, a dos cuadras de Florida. Podes llegar caminando desde Retiro e ir caminando hasta buquebus. El desayuno correcto y la habitación muy cómoda, camas y almohadas muy buenas. El personal muy amable y predispuesto ante cualquier duda o pregunta.

Cons:

Un poco ruidosa la habitación si dá a la calle pero te permite descansar.

The room was uncomfortable, and the noise from the road was unbearable, making it very difficult to rest. We requested a room change because of the noise, but unfortunately, our request was not accommodated. Although the property was clean, the room and some areas appeared deteriorated and in need of renovation.

Buena ubicación, no es el más cómodo pero cumple.
Pros:

Personal muy amable y resolutivo. Llegamos a hacer el check in antes y nos atendieron super bien y nos adelantaron la habitación. La ubicación es excelente restaurantes y comercio a pasos. El desayuno en cuanto a variedad excelente!

Cons:

Las camas un poco incómodas así como los almohadones. El comedor del desayuno se llena en horarios punta.
