Location was perfect, we got the water taxi straight from the airport which was very convenient. The coffee at breakfast could have been better but everything else was great
Breakfast was a little lacking. Coffe machine wasn't working.
We had a great 1 night stay, clean and quiet. There is hot water and ice water. Close to train station and water bus station.
Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average
Great property and staff is friendly and courteous. Check in was quick and were able to store our bags prior to check in so we could enjoy Venice without carrying our bags.

The entire stay was top notch, from checking in, to the room we stayed in, to the excellent breakfast each morning. And what a view (if you're canal side like we were)! Great location and our stay could not have been any better than it was.

The hotel is in a good location for a first time visitor or if you don’t wanna walk much from the train station. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was a good variety of everything.
The location was very convenient to the train station & right on the Grand Canal. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the canal and it was magical. The staff were all very friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet was enormous and delicious. We loved utilizing the tables that were right on the water. We were spoiled!

Not very friendly staff. You can not control the air condition they control it for you. No iron. Veiw was amazing location to vaporetto was easy.
Friendly welcome, early check in made possible, room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was large, modern with hot water always available. Breakfast offered numerous hot and cold options in a lovely water facing area.
The hotel was beautiful. The people working there were very nice. The rooms were large and clean. Only issue was no outlets in the room.
