Central location
Pros:

I don’t leave many reviews but do rely upon others who do. Overall our stay was good, the room was lovely with an upgrade. The staff we encountered from the front desk, to the housekeeping, to the restaurant staff were lovely and very professional. The hotel is central and in perfect location. The food however was not great and could only be described as frozen and reheated. I had contacted the hotel ahead of a special occasion and had paid extra for a box of chocolates. When we checked in and got to the room, the chocolates weren’t there and I had to go down to reception to enquire about this, not a massive issue but did ruin the initial experience. We would stay again due to the central location but would not eat in the hotel

Great location but, small rooms and outdated bathrooms
Pros:

Central location in Dublin with easy access to the Luas, buses and close to all the popular pubs and restaurants

Cons:

The rooms are compact with no starage facility for luggage or clothing. We had to leave our clothes on the chair in the room. The lighting is poor in the bedroom area which is only back lighting at the back of the bed and 2 led side lights.
The extract fan in the bathroom ran the whole time and the bathroom is outdated. The shower has one shower tray stacked on top of the other.
On check in there was a bus tour ahead of us and other guests but all three receptionists were dealing with them. It would have made sense to leave 2 addressing the tour guests and the third to all of the other guests. The receptionist we had spoke so quietly we could barely hear the instructions.
In addition, we had other foreign guests on our floor who were out in the hall chatting loudly and banging doors.
